Cleanliness
1
Generally praised as clean and recently renovated in multiple reviews, though a few noted a slightly musty smell and inconsistent housekeeping.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (quick refund, kind reception and housekeeping), a clear positive across reviews.
Location
1
Consistently highlighted as excellent/central (walking distance to train, beach, restaurants and shops); one guest disliked the broader destination but location of the hotel itself is strong.
Room Quality
1
Mixed: rooms were described as newly renovated and with good beds/showers, but many guests complained about small rooms and balconies, hard mattresses, limited storage and road noise.
Amenities
1
Several shortcomings reported: very poor or on/off WiFi, missing balcony furniture, incomplete/under-construction facilities in some rooms, no parking available for some guests.
Value for Money
1
Multiple guests called it affordable with a good price-quality ratio, suitable for budget/quick stays.
Food and Beverage
1
Limited on-site F&B: nearby cafes praised for breakfast but the hotel's restaurant/bar was under construction for some guests, so offerings were limited.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: strong location, friendly staff and cleanliness balanced against noise, small rooms, poor WiFi and incomplete amenities for some guests.

Pros:
