Pros:

Hotel moderno in pieno centro, camera ampia anche perché ci hanno concesso un upgrade. Garage per la moto che però ha un accesso separato dalla parte opposta dell'isolato e la viabilità non è delle migliori: se sbagliate strada vi toccherà fare un giro infinito... Informatevi bene in anticipo.

Very good location, bad breakfast.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a modern building right on the city's main pedestrian street, just a five-minute walk from Macedonia Square. Our room was spacious and comfortable, featuring panoramic windows and a king-size bed. I would especially like to mention the exceptionally comfortable pillows: two per guest, with different firmness levels, making it easy to satisfy both those who prefer softer, lower pillows and those who are accustomed to firmer, higher ones. A sofa, armchairs, dining chairs, a coffee table, a work desk, and numerous other amenities made the room very pleasant for an extended stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Despite positioning itself as a five-star hotel, the breakfast was barely on the level of a three-star property. Most of the products appeared to be the cheapest supermarket items, and the selection was surprisingly limited. I honestly cannot recall the last time I encountered such a poor-quality breakfast in a hotel of this category. The breakfast service was equally disappointing. For example, on one morning the bread rolls ran out, and the staff took an unreasonably long time to replenish them. On another occasion, my friend asked for an espresso and was even willing to pay extra for it, only to be told that the coffee machine was out of order.

After such an embarrassingly poor breakfast experience, I hardly feel inclined to dwell on the smaller shortcomings of the room and bathroom: a large gap in the shower enclosure door that allowed water to escape, the complete absence of towel hooks, and a centralized air-conditioning system that automatically switches off whenever the guest leaves the room.

I can not understand how does the 5-star rating appear for this hotel.

Great location, more of a 4* experience
Pros:

Great central location, very friendly staff, beautiful swimming pool and spa area. Parking available on site.

Cons:

Smallish rooms with horrible views outside (but clean and modern, it must be said). So so breakfast with messy dining room.

L'emplacement.

Cons:

Trop de bruit de ventilation dans la chambre (et ce n'était pas la clim ni le frigo !!). Pas d'accès au restaurant. Pas de hammam, sauna.

Lokacija hotela

Cons:

Ob prihodu soba žal ni bila posesana, na preprogi pa so bili vidni starejši madeži. Tuš je bil praktično neuporaben, saj je puščal na vse strani. Pohištvo deluje ceneno in obrabljeno, vrata sobe pa so se zatikala.
Zajtrk je bil zelo slab – skoraj brez izbire, jedilnica pa nujno potrebuje temeljito čiščenje.
Glede na celotno izkušnjo mi ni jasno, po katerih kriterijih je hotel pridobil 5 zvezdic.

Pros:

Excellent hotel in the city centre, close to everything. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

The spa was wonderful, with a sauna and swimming pool, and there is also a well-equipped gym.

The staff were attentive, welcoming, and very kind throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Osoblje super a hotel los
Pros:

Bazen i sauna su jedino sto je funkcionalno u hotelu !

Cons:

Hotel je nedovršen
Radovi su svugdje po hotelu tako da je prašine svugdje po hotelu !
Klima ne hladi dovoljno !
Topla voda za tuširanje treba i do deset min da dođe !
Doručak katastrofalan !

Pros:

Lo staff è sempre stato disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. Abbiamo prenotato il taxi per l'aeroporto senza alcun problema sia all'andata che al ritorno e sono stati veloci e gentili. La struttura era pulita e accogliente, peccato non aver visto la spa ma avevamo pochi giorni. Posizione eccezionale.
Ho gradito molto anche il kit per la stanza, tra spazzolini ,pettine e beauty.

Cons:

La colazione potrebbe migliorare. C'era tantissima scelta per il salato ma poca per il dolce. E, peccato l'assenza del caffè espresso .
