Pros:

La zona de spa y de la piscina fueron lo que mas nos gusto ya que esta abierto hasta las 22:00 y eso fue perfecto. ademas hay que resaltar que el personal fue muy amable!!! También algo que nos sorprendió fue el kit de cepillo de dientes y peineta que regalan sin costo alguno nos pareció increíble!!!

Cons:

Lamentablemente se escucha todo lo que pasa en la otra habitación, esto hace que no se pueda dormir tranquilamente. adicionalmente el colchón rechinaba al moverse.

El desayuno debería de mejorar ya que no había mucha variedad, por ejemplo variedad de frutas como se ve en las fotos no había. adicionalmente los jugos no eran frescos o recién hechos.

Great value for money. The location was convenient. Our Deluxe room was kindly upgraded to a Premium Window Room, which was very pleasant. The breakfast was good, but the staff in the restaurant were truly fantastic and very attentive. The sauna and swimming pool were excellent as well and greatly added to our stay.
We would definitely stay here again.

DON'T GO TO THIS SO CALLED HOTEL AND SPA !

Avoid this so-called “Hotel & Spa” at all costs. My stay was deeply disappointing from start to finish, and it ultimately ended with an argument with the staff that forced me to leave before my booking was even completed — that alone says everything about the experience.

Despite claiming to be a brand-new hotel, the rooms are far from it. The shower had visible issues, with water leaking from rusty pipes and flooding the bathroom floor. For the price they charge, the quality is simply unacceptable. Even basic amenities are neglected — the hair dryers are outdated and barely function for more than a few minutes.

Noise is another major issue. You can hear everything from outside, including the church bells ringing early in the morning and throughout the day, along with ongoing construction nearby. Rest and comfort are clearly not a priority here.

Breakfast is equally underwhelming — limited, poor in quality, and certainly not worth the nightly rate. To make matters worse, the reception staff seem untrained and disorganized, and the manager is nowhere to be found when problems arise.

While the location may be central and convenient, it does not make up for the overall experience. What should have been a pleasant stay turned into frustration and disappointment. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.
