Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie – świetna lokalizacja, komfortowy pokój i dobra jakość w stosunku do ceny sprawiły, że

Położenie obiektu było bardzo wygodne, znajduje się on w samym sercu Starego Miasta, co umożliwia łatwy dostęp do najważniejszych atrakcji.
Pokój dobrze wyposażony, znajdowało się w nim wszystko, co potrzebne podczas pobytu. Wyposażenie i meble były w dobrym stanie, a sam pobyt przebiegł bez żadnych problemów.

Cons:

Śniadania serwowane były w sąsiednim barze. Wybór dań był dość ograniczony, a wiele potraw było pikantnych, przez co oferta nie była zbyt odpowiednia dla dzieci.

Dodatkowo komunikacja wiadomościowa ze strony obiektu odbywała się głównie w języku angielskim, mimo że obiekt znajduje się w Polsce, a kontakt z mojej strony prowadzony był w języku polskim.

Pros:

Lokalizacja super, centrum Starego Miasta. Na śniadanie trzeba przejść się kawałek dalej od obiektu ale warto bo są pyszne.

Cons:

Wybierając apartament z balkonem przygotujcie się na to, że tego balkonu nie ma w żadnym z dostepnych apartamentów. Pani w recepcji mówi że to błąd bookingu. W pokojach bardzo głośno, nieszczelne okna i drzwi. Klimatyzacji brak. Połowa oświetlenia w salonie nie działała. Prosisz o wazon na kwiaty, kwiaty kończą w misce. Prosisz o żelazko ktorego brak w pokojach, dostajesz 5 minut przed wymeldowaniem po ponownej prośbie.

Pros:

Location, car park and the room space.

Cons:

Staff was very surly and rude. Room was not cleaned properly (inside of our wardrobe was dirty). Breakfast is not in the hotel - it is in a place in another building in another street, you need to walk. And it had very less options, and very slow. We had to wait about 1 hour to have our plates. It was very disappointing. Also, room had no air condition.

Świetna lokalizacja! Wszędzie blisko. Apartament wyglądał ok.

Cons:

Nie ma klimatyzacji, słabe baterie w pilocie, słabe baterie w drzwiach wejściowych oraz bardzo miękki materac, łóżka były połączone z 2 i obudziłam się we wnęce pomiędzy. Mało to komfortowe.

Przestronny apartament z dwoma sypialniami i dwie łazienki, dużym udogodnieniem była winda bo byliśmy na 4 piętrze. Miła obsługa w recepcji.

Cons:

Brak drzwi do sypialni, na dole otwarta sypialnia na salon a na górze antresola i mało prywatności.Telewizor w sypialni zamiast w salonie to też duży minus.
