Świetnie położony, bardzo wygodny i przyjemny hotel. Ładny, nowy wystrój i potrzebne udogodnienia na kilkudniowy wypad. Pomocna obsługa na recepcji.

Big noise from the property renovation ruined our holiday. We regrets our choice of accommodation

The apartment was good.

The management wasn't concerned about the noise generated by the renovation in the building.

Udany zimowy pobyt w Gdańsku
Pros:

Przede wszystkim ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja - praktycznie na samym rynku, dwa kroki od fontanny Neptuna i ratusza... z okna widok na bazylikę Mariacką (na jednym z dodanych zdjęć).
Apartament w pełni wyposażony, czysty i zadbany.

Cons:

Zawsze można się do czegoś przyczepić...
Podczas trudnych warunków zimowych wejście od strony parkingu (wejście od ulicy było nieczynne z uwagi na remont) bardzo śliskie, wręcz lekko niebezpieczne.
Śniadania jak się okazało są serwowane w restauracji przy ratuszu - bardzo blisko, więc OK, ale nie warto ich kupować w hotelu z uwagi na doliczaną marżę...

Helt ok. Efter att vi checkat in och jag såg kisset på toans porslin och allt damm så gick jag ner till receptionen och

Rummet var stort och det var fin utsikt.

Cons:

När vi kom dit så var det kiss på porslinet på toan. Så kissrester. Fönsterblecken hade säkert inte gjorts rent på ett tag då det var fullt med dam när jag drog min hand där. Det var silverfiskar i badrummet.

Pros:

Super lokalizacja, bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji, wszyscy bardzo pomocni. Śniadania dostępne w restauracji oddalonej 3 min drogi, bardzo dobre jednak ograniczony wybór z (5 zestawów) ale każdy wybierze coś dla siebie. Parking dostępny na miejscu pod budynkiem (płatny).

Całościowo oceniam obiekt za dobry, trzy kwestie pozostawiam do przemyślenia: pierwsza dotyczy standardu który bazując na zdjęciach jest wysoki ale wydaje się, że niektóre elementy apartamentu (dot. apartamentu typu loft z 2 sypialniami) albo się zużyły i wymagają wymiany lub naprawy (sofa w salonie, drzwiczki szafki w kuchni, kabina prysznicowa - kamień rdza, zlew).
Druga rzecz która chyba pojawiła się już w innym komentarzu to brak uprzedzenia o planowanym remoncie (kucie ścian - 3 dni) ale to prawda zaproponowano rekompensatę w postaci voucher-a 200pln (imo suma nieadekwatna).
Trzecia rzecz, która też się pojawia w innych komentarzach to kwestia temperatury w apartamencie w pierwszych 1-2 dobach. Apartament wyposażony w ogrzewanie podłogowe co wymaga znacznego czasu żeby ogrzać pomieszczenia i w pierwszych 1-2 dobach bylo naprawde zimno szczególnie kiedy temperatury na zew. w okolicach -10 stopni. Może warto wprowadzić procedure uruchomienia ogrzewania kilka godzin wcześniej przed rozpoczęciem doby hotelowej tak aby goście nie byli zaskoczeni szczególnie z dziećmi i w zimę.
