מלון מצוין לחופשה זוגית קצרה
Pros:

המיקום קרוב מאוד מאוד לרוטשילד ולשוק שזה מעולה. בקבלה היו נעימים ואדיבים וקיבלנו את החדר מוקדם מהצפוי(באזור 12:00). החדר היה נקי מאוד ומשופץ, המקלחת הייתה מצוינת ומפנקת. המיטה הייתה נוחה וסה״כ הייתה לנו שהייה מצוינת.

אנשי הצוות נעימים ואדיבים.

הזמנתי חדר עם טרסה. התרשמתי בתמונה שזה כולל חדר מרווח, מרפסת עם נוף… רציתי להתפנק. במקום זאת קיבלתי חדרון קטנטן בקומה הראשונה, עם משהו שמזכיר מרפסת שירות צרה, בסופה עמד ג׳קוזי מכוסה מאובק ולא פעיל כאלו זה מחסן, וצינורות אדומים ענקיים ״קישטו״ את שאר המרפסת - כאמור מרפסת שירות. והנוף? ובכן… לא היה כזה. ״טרסה״ זה לא. פינוק זה לא. מביך ולא מצדיק את המחיר בשום צורה.

Pros:

There was mold on the lobby ceiling, open holes in the lobby ceiling due to a problem with the AC unit, a fire alarm at 12:30 AM that the staff couldn't figure out how to handle (there was no fire, rather a fault in the system) and no hot water for my shower in the morning ! The staff was indifferent and just said that they are working on the problems. Mold is a big issue but the staff seemed unconcerned about it.
No apologies or any sort of small compensation were offered.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Tel Aviv
