Opis mieszkanie odbiega od stanu faktycznego -sypialnia to zasadniczo mała garderoba bez okna.
Pros:

Mieszkanie było czyste i nowe. Lokalizacja też jest ok - pieszo na starówkę idzie się jakieś 15 minut.

Cons:

Niestety ale mieszkanie zaskoczyło nas, niepozytywnie. Wielkość mieszkania to raczej 28 metrów kwadratowych a nie 38. Zasadniczo jest to mała kawalerka, w której została wydzielona mała garderoba BEZ OKNA (może 7 metrów kwadratowych) i w tej garderobie zrobiono klaustrofobiczną sypialnię bez dodatkowej wentylacji. Łóżko w tej sypialni bez okna to też nie jest king size - materac jest krótki, osoba powyżej 190 cm praktycznie dotyka głową i stropami to ścian. Mieszkanie, zdecydowanie nie nadaje się dla 3 osób (byliśmy z 10 letnim dzieckiem).

Świetna lokalizacja, ogólna czystość, cisza spokój, dobry kontakt z zarządzającym apartamentem, wygodne łóżko w sypialni, dobre wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego, ekspres do kawy.

Cały pobyt w obiekcie był cudowny, obiekt godny polecenia.
Pros:

Nowe, spokojne osiedle z pięknie zagospodarowaną zielenią i wyjątkową lokalizacją nad Motławą. Mieszkanie czyste, przytulnie urządzone, wyposażone i mimo sąsiadującej budowy było w nim cichutko. Kontakt z administratorem obiektu sprawny. Obiekt, który można śmiało polecać.

Cons:

Nie tyle co Nam nie podobało się, ale można by było zwrócić uwagę na niezbyt precyzyjnie wymierzoną szufladę półki pod umywalką, która niestety nie wysuwa się do końca i obija państwu framugę drzwi łazienkowych. Brak baterii w pilocie, dodatkowego prześcieradła do salonu.

Vieta nuostabi, prie upes, netoli senamiestis, tvarkingas.

Cons:

Buvome kaip buvo karšta, tai nebuvo kondicionieriaus, o atsidarius naktį langą girdėjosi generatorius, nes vyko statybos. Vaizdas pro balkoną buvo į statybas.

Pros:

Appartamento in nuova struttura edilizia moderna elegante pulita. Appartamento pulito dotato di tutto (aspirapolvere stoviglie piastra phon macchinetta caffe etcetc). Distanza dal centro 1km esatto. Ben riscaldato. Bagno ampio.

Cons:

Stanza da letto troppo piccola, letto matrimoniale incastrato dentro il muro per tre lati, cuscini o giganti o piccoli.
