Great stay,if possible choose the beach view rooms!!
Pros:

The room is big and comfortable, the bed is the largest bed i ve ever seen, everybody from the staff is super nice and kind! But for me the best feature is the backyard,right in front of the sea, you have a perfect sunset and in the evening it has cute little lights and tables and quiet, its perfect for relaxing! The location is also very nice, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is very satisfying, with some differences every day, you can feel full for a lot of hours!!

Cons:

The beach in front is not suitable for swimming, but still it s perfect to open your window and have breakfast or lunch and be right in front of the sea!

Great location, friendly staff and great value.
Pros:

I liked the location; it was lovely, right on the beach! I had a lovely view in the morning. The hotel organised a dolphin sunset trip. The sunset could be seen from hotel as well. Friendly staff, overall great value.

Cons:

Nothing it was just what I needed.

Tolle Zimmer, gutes Frühstück + traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge – m kleinen organisatorischen Schwächen
Pros:

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft mit der Fähre direkt am Hafen abgeholt und sehr freundlich empfangen, was einen wirklich schönen ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Aufgrund der gemischten Bewertungen zum Zimmer hatten wir zunächst nicht allzu hohe Erwartungen – wurden dann aber sehr positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer ist groß, geräumig und sehr sauber, mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, einem komfortablen Bett, warmem Wasser in der Dusche, Fernseher und sogar einem Balkon. Besonders angenehm fanden wir auch, dass kostenloses Trinkwasser zur Verfügung gestellt wird.
Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und wird als Buffet angeboten. Es gibt immer wieder unterschiedliche Currys, frische Säfte, verschiedene Obstsorten, Brot, Ciabatta, Bohnen und sogar Nachtisch. Besonders schön ist, dass man draußen sitzen und mit Blick auf das Meer frühstücken kann – eine wirklich tolle Atmosphäre.
Der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist durch einen Sturm zwar teilweise verschwunden, man kann aber trotzdem ins Wasser gehen. Dafür sind die Sonnenuntergänge von hier absolut spektakulär.

Cons:

Etwas enttäuschend war das Abendessen im Restaurant. Es gibt zwar eine umfangreiche Speisekarte, allerdings waren viele der Gerichte nicht verfügbar. Trotz Nachfrage hatte man nicht wirklich den Eindruck, dass man sich besonders bemüht hat, eine Alternative anzubieten. Da das gleiche Team sowohl die Zimmer als auch das Restaurant betreut, wirkte der Service im Restaurant deutlich weniger engagiert als sonst im Hotel.
Der größte Kritikpunkt betrifft jedoch unsere Abreise. Wir hatten am Vortag gefragt, ob wir zur Fähre gebracht werden können, die um 6:30 Uhr abfährt. Uns wurde zugesagt, dass wir um 6:10 Uhr in der Lobby sein sollen. Als wir dort waren, war jedoch niemand da. Auch auf eine WhatsApp-Nachricht kam keine Antwort und bisher gab es keine Entschuldigung. Wir haben die Fähre noch zu Fuß erreicht, aber für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität hätte das durchaus problematisch sein können.
Ohne dieses Erlebnis hätten wir sehr gerne 9 von 10 Punkten vergeben – aufgrund dieses Vorfalls vergeben wir insgesamt 8 von 10 Punkten.

Ernüchterung im Paradies
Pros:

Das Zimmer war okay.

Organisation des Transfers vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück. Kostet extra.

Die Insel an sich ist wirklich schön. Auf der Insel leben und arbeiten Einheimische, die wirklich sehr freundlich sind. Es gibt viele Shops, wo man zu fairen Preisen Getränke, Snacks etc. kaufen kann.
Es gibt auch viele Restaurants und Angebote für Exkursionen.

Cons:

Der eigene Strand ist nicht vorhanden, angeblich Erneuerungsmaßnahmen, die binnen 3-5 Tagen abgeschlossen werden. In den 14 Tagen wo wir da waren hat sich nichts getan, zumal wir nicht wussten, dass der eigene Strand nicht nutzbar ist.
Somit sind wir jeden Tag zu einem anderen, weiter entfernteren Strand gegangen.

Das Hotel heißt tatsächlich Crown Beach Hotel und nicht so wie hier bei Booking.
Das sollte man für die Einreiseerklärung wissen.

Es gab keinen Kaffee im Hotel. Nachdem sich glaube ich mehrere Leute beschwert hatten, gab es dann an unserem vorletzten Tag dann endlich Kaffee.

Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten. Ein wenig von Continental und ein wenig von English.

Wir hatten All Inklusive, fühlte sich aber eher an wie Vollpension. Mittagessen und Abendessen sind a la carte und man muss die Uhrzeit, wann man essen will, vorher angeben. Auch die Gerichte und Getränke muss man vorher auswählen. Da gab es schon häufig Probleme, dass dann zu einer gewünschten Uhrzeit kein „Platz“ mehr war und wir auf eine andere Uhrzeit gedrängt wurden. Zudem gab es häufiger Gerichte und Getränke von der Karte nicht.

Für die Zimmerreinigung, neue Handtücher, Klopapier und neues Trinkwasser muss man Bescheid sagen.

Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle. Wussten wir vorher auch nicht.

Mit dem jetzigen Wissen würden wir das Hotel nicht nochmal wählen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen. Da gibt es auf der Insel, doch bessere Hotels.

Pros:

posizione sul mare. La stanza pare non fosse quella richiesta, ma era comunque a piano terra e affacciata sulk sul mare su una public beach ma usata come se fosse bikini beach. Acqua offerta giornalmente in bottiglie rigenerata.

Cons:

Colazione e cena modeste e non varei ma accettabile per il costo del soggiorno comunque conveninete. Mobilio da rinnovare soprattutto in reception.

Pros:

We really loved the hotel, its owner, and the staff. Everything was great! The breakfast got a bit repetitive, but overall it was quite decent. Our stay included lunch and dinner with a choice from the menu. We most often ordered fish (halibut), so essentially we ate fish for the entire trip — and we didn't mind! 😊
We were offered a snorkeling experience with sea turtles — and we gladly agreed. The price was very affordable, and photos/videos were included for free! So if you're offered this, don't hesitate — you won't regret it. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, it's rarely crowded, and absolutely wonderful. Thank you for a great stay!

Cons:

There was a slight sewage smell in the bathroom, but it was faint and not bothersome. It would also be nice if the room were cleaned occasionally (there was sand on the floor after beach visits). Other than that, everything was perfect.

Lokalita skvělá, pokoj čistý, personál vstřícný.

Cons:

Jídlo slabší průměr (vysušené, tuhé..). Kdekoliv jinde o úroveň lepší. Dále velmi omezený výběr, často chyběly základní poživatiny (káva, džus, ovoce..) Nedostatečná komunikace vedení hotelu s hosty, při uvádění nedostatků.
Na pokoji naprostý nedostatek úložných prostor na oblečení.

Foarte bine
Pros:

Patul a fost confortabil și mare, așternuturile au fost curate, baia a fost spațioasă și dotată cu tot ce e necesar, inclusiv uscător de păr, gel de duș, șampon, prosoape, apă caldă. Am achiziționat cazare cu 3 mese pe zi și consider că prețul plătit a fost foarte bun raportat la ceea ce ni s-a oferit. Întrucât am plecat dimineața, la ora 5, managerul a fost foarte amabil și ne-a pus micul dejun la pachet.

Cons:

În holul de la recepție ar fi fost frumos să se acorde o atenție mai mare curățeniei: era praf pe pervazele de la geamuri. Șezlongurile din fața hotelului ar arăta mai bine dacă ar fi înlocuite cu unele noi.
