Struttura orribile

Camera e struttura fatiscenti: doccia e frigo arrugginiti, presa elettrica del bagno penzolante ed esposta all’acqua della doccia creando una situazione di pericolo, asciugamani sporchi o macchiati. Una ragnatela presente per tutti i giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato, pareti macchiate, cassaforte funzionate solo con la chiave di sblocco e non con il codice numerico.
Un giorno non hanno nemmeno rifatto la camera. Avere la carta igienica o gli asciugamani pulita era una avventura perchè la devi chiedere ed a volte l'hanno finita pure loro !!!
Le foto sul sito di Booking.com n° 5, 8, 10, 22, 23, 26. 46 e 47 sono un FALSO perché quella spiaggetta non esiste (vedi foto allegata). Le parti comuni sempre molte sporche (vedi foto) con gente "non cliente" che mangiava nella hall su un tavolino con le mani !!!
Il trattamento non è in All inclusive come previsto ma di pensione completa. Del menù proposto (vedi foto) tu puoi scegliere uno solo tra i Main Dish ed uno solo tra i Side Dish. Ni Main Dish la pizza e ciò che conteneva il pollo non era disponibile dal ns arrivo sino a ferragosto. Praticamente metà menù non era fruibile e ti trovavi costretto a mangiare sempre le stesse cose. A ferragosto è arrivata la pizza ed il pollo ed è finita la frutta e la pasta e poi di nuovo la pizza !!! Le porzioni di quella che era la portata principale (Main Dish) erano misere (vedi foto). Visto tutti questi prbl diverse volte siamo dovuti andare a pranzare o cenare fuori o ad integrare quanto ricevuto. Da bere c’era solo acqua del rubinetto, spesso nemmeno fresca nonostante il caldo o la Schweppes. I primi gg qualche birra analcolica poi solo acqua. No acqua in bottiglia, no Coca Cola, no Sprite, no Fanta. Ho dovuto anche sostenere i costi per i lettini nella Bikini Beach più vicina all’hotel, circa 300 m a piedi di front al De Kettle pagando 10 $ al giorno per i lettini perché l’ombrellone invece ce lo ha dato l’hotel. In tutto questo: BOOKING TOTALMENTE ASSENTE !!!

L'hotel non si chiama nemmeno così, cercate Crown Hotel e vedete le recensioni, non avevano la camera per cui avevo prenotato, volevano metterci in un'altra stanza, sulla strada, di cui avevano perso le chiavi e non si poteva chiudere da dentro e ne da fuori. Dopo ore infinite di attesa e il personale sembrava non voler rispondere alle nostre richieste di spiegazioni. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altra struttura. Fortunatamente tramite Booking abbiamo avuto il rimborso.

It is not a resort but a vary humble hotel facing the sea (the beach not suitable for swimming)
Pros:

The location was excellent, right on the sea. The staff were wonderful — Nassir in particular was very polite and humble, and made the stay much more pleasant. The food was standard, nothing exceptional but decent.

Cons:

The beach in front of the hotel isn't suitable for swimming, which was a bit disappointing. It's worth noting this isn't a resort-style property, so guests expecting resort amenities might be surprised.

Aprovecha el sitio que tienes y mejorarlo
Pros:

El hotel está en frente del mar, tiene unas tumbonas y mesas y sillas para poder disfrutarlo, pero tanto las tumbonas como las mesas y las sillas están muy estropeadas. El entorno es muy bonito pero está muy descuidado,
La habitación estaba muy bien, espaciosa, con una terraza amplia con vistas al mar, con aire acondicionado. La habitación fue lo que compensó nuestra estancia.

Cons:

No me gustó que no aprovechen el sitio que tienen para tenerlo cómodo y acogedor., lo tienen bastante descuidado.
El desayuno y la cena escasos.

Completely unacceptable experience the room was in an unhygienic condition and we had to book another hotel instead

We booked this property expecting a clean and properly prepared room, but upon arrival we found a room that was completely unacceptable. There was trash on the floor, empty bottles, food wrappers, cigarette packs, dirt, and stained pillows. The room looked unclean and unhygienic, and despite this, it appeared they were still preparing to hand it over to us for our stay.

Because of the condition of the room, we did not feel comfortable staying there and had to book another hotel instead. This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense. We expected basic cleanliness standards and unfortunately those expectations were not met.

Great place to stay on Dhiffushi on a budget
Pros:

Smooth booking process. They will meet you at the boat marina and transfer you to the hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Good food options. Good value for price

Cons:

WiFi is a little slow. Otherwise nothing else

Las fotos que publican no coinciden con la realidad, no era la habitación que habíamos reservado. La playa está erosionada y es inaccesible al mar, tienes que ir a otra playa. Hemos encontrado una chinche de cama que seguramente nos ha picado ya que tenía sangre.
Hemos estado 4 noches y no nos han limpiado la habitación.
