The location and the island are nice. The staff comes pick you up at any time.

We were quite disappointed with this stay, starting with a major issue: we booked this property, but upon arrival we discovered the actual place is the Crown Beach Hotel, which has significantly lower ratings. This felt misleading and we didn’t appreciate it at all.
The beach in front of the property had partially collapsed, and the few sunbeds available — only 4 — were all broken. Not exactly what you’d expect.
The rooms were not clean and we noticed mold. The breakfast was also very basic and underwhelming.

Es espectacular el atardecer desde el alojamiento, los paisajes muy bonitos. El detalle de bienvenida en la cama nos encantó. El hotel está bien, falla bastante el wifi, el desayuno es escaso. Pero el personal muy amable y atento. Estuvimos cómodos, en relación con el precio está bien. Tenían sishas y alguna vez nos invitaban a algún refresco de cortesía. La ubicación también era muy buena. Y la habitación limpia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien y la limpieza correcta.

La playa frente al hotel, no existe
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, tenia una cama enorme, buen aire acondicionado, el trato del personal fue correcto, lindas vistas para ver el atardecer

Cons:

La supuesta playa privada que mencionan en la publicación, actualmente NO EXISTE, la playa ha desaparecido por causas climáticas, hay un cartel que indica que se están haciendo obras para recuperarla, pero en 4 dias no vi a nadie haciendo nada para dicha mejora.
Si piensas venir a este hotel por la playa que anuncian, no vengas, porque no existe.
El hotel debería aclararlo, y no seguir publicitando que tienen playa frente al hotel, porque no es asi

I felt scammed 😕 Over promised and under delivered.
Pros:

Only the staff, who did their best particularly Mubarak. His efforts were limited by lack of response from property managers or owners

Cons:

1. The rooms were not as advertised
2. Under delivered services
3. No internet after day 1
4. By Day 2 I was looking for another hotel to stay
5. Checked out as soon as I got another place to stay

A pleasant but somewhat frustrating stay in a nicely located simple guesthouse.
Pros:

Seafront, sunset-facing location and outdoor seating area is nice, though it isn't a swimmable or beach area. The room size - and the bed size too - are quite large and the balcony is useful. The breakfast is welcome but provision of breakfast cereal but no milk seemed like an intelligence puzzle that I didn't manage to solve in my generally pleasant 3 days there.

Cons:

The wi-fi router serving the upstiars rooms was out of action for the duration of my 3-day stay and no replacement was piut in place. I ended up using a combination of the distant ground floor signal and that from the hotel over the road which came into range when I moved my laptop towards the balcony(!) The staff service is passable but rather half baked at times; the 'room boys' seem quite distracted by their mobile phones much of the time.
