Reception not 24 hours, dirty surroundings
Pros:

The aero view room was spacious for a short stay and could see the runway. Near to cafes and convenience store. Filtered water offered in the corridor.

Cons:

The lifts to the rooms were dirty and scary. The outside corridor and surrounding shoplot area is dirty. Reception closed at 10 pm and is not 24 hours as stated in the description. No lights in bathroom.

Great hotel with the best staff ever.
Pros:

Firstly my Flight was delayed by 6 house so I asked to check in at 12.30 am. They were super helpful. Then it got delayed again but they were still so kind and helpful and stayed open until 2.30 am. I loved the room. Very comfy huge bed. Very good use and of space. I loved the view of the runway and plan to rebook for the night before I fly out.

For me quite value to stay and surprisingly nearby airport and inside the room not really can heard when the flight take
Pros:

The mattress is good can compare with some hotel level.

Cons:

The 1st room when midnight we checked in after shower all the water overflowing till the outside of bathroom can said almost flooding. Luckily manage to contact the PIC to change room at 3 am. After that change room immediately. The water pressure for shower a bit low.

Potential to be so much better - ok for one night.
Pros:

Quiet stay which is worth a lot.
Good area with food and drink options around.
Free water refills.
Clean.
Towels and toiletries provided.
Great area for food and drinks, mini mart nearby etc.
Bed was fine, blankets nice.

Cons:

The worst wifi I have ever had since about 2014, legit unusable.
Shower didn't get hot.
The AC controls didn't seem to change anything, it's almost like the controls were there just to offer a placebo for people.
Unsure how to turn off lights from the hallway, way too bright and coming in under and around the door, difficult to get the room darker.
Sometimes a faint sewage smell came into the room.

Location is difficult to find. I wonder how the reviews on booking.com saying it’s clean. We have seen various insects on the wall. Heater not worked at all , during rainy season just imagine as a pregnant lady I suffered a lot to take shower in the cold water. No dustbin , water bottles provided. So dissatisfied for RM200+ to stay in an average hotel. Please IMPROVE !

Pros:

Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht zwischen einem späten Flug und einem frühen. Nachdem wir die Unterkunft gefunden hatten wurden wir sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll von einer jungen Dame begrüsst. Sie verstand unsere Sorge morgen früh auch wieder ein Taxi zu bekommen um rechtzeitig am Flughafen zu sein. Sie versprach uns einen Fahrer, der dann auch pünktlich da war. Diese Begebenheit ist ein eindrückliches Beispiel für die Offenheit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit der Menschen in Borneo. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und überraschend modern. Es war sehr ruhig, obwohl es an einer Hauptstrasse liegt.

Cons:

Wir waren sehr erstaunt, dass niemand die Unterkunft kannte. Weder die Taxibuchungsstelle noch der Taxifahrer, obwohl er uns dann doch am richtigen Ort ausgeladen hat, noch drei zufällig gefragte Locals. Die Unterkunft liegt versteckt in einer Überbauung und man muss schon wissen, welchen Lift man nehmen muss. Es gab nur ein proforma Fenster aus Glasziegeln das Licht ins Zimmer brachte.
