Pros:

Easy check-in and check out. The beds are comfortable. We stayed for 1 night only but if given a chance i would choose to book again .

Cons:

The airconditioning maybe needs cleaning maintenance, its not getting cold even if we set it up to 17 degress celcius.

studio tout confort sécurisé

très pratique pour une ou deux nuits près de l'aéroport et du centre commerciale
la réception très sécurisée

Cons:

vue imprenable mais pour horrible car c'était au 16eme étage avec un tout petit balcon

Light and bright
Pros:

The room was bright and clean, loved the lobby music vibe. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Happy it also had a small balcony for fresh air.

Nothing really, the room was a little small but it was fine for a short stay.

Bien placé.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas un hôtel, donc pas de réception. Pas de possibilité de laisser ses bagages. Compliqué qd on sait que le check in est a 14h00.
Chambre prévu pour 4, mais 2 lits de 130cm. Juste surtout qd on est 4 grands. Serviette , brossé a dents.... prévu pour uniquement 2 personnes.
Déçu pour le coup!

Well-Designed Unit, but Unresponsive Management
Pros:

I liked the aesthetic of the room. It looked pleasant and warm, with a style similar to that of a hotel room. The unit was generally clean, and all the facilities were functioning well. It was comfortable to stay in, and the surrounding neighborhood seemed safe.

Cons:

What I did not appreciate most was the responsiveness of the property representatives. They were not responsive to some (though not all) of my queries.

Another issue was that four towels were not provided, even though the request had already been acknowledged. I reached out to the property representatives again, but no response was given. As a result, we had to share towels.

While the unit was generally clean, the underside of the bathroom counter beneath the faucet (not visible from above) did not appear to have been properly cleaned, as there was visible dirt when viewed from a seated position.

it unit like my home, it is not hotel or hostel. i find everything complete. hair dryer, cooking ware, balcony, pool, big tv, etc

Pros:

The location was great. There's a lot of restaurants around the area and a mini mart close by. The staff at the reception area were pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom sink wasn't draining well. When using the faucet, the sink accumulated water, so I have to wait until the water subsided. The towel rack/bar in the bathroom wasn't fix well. When I hung the towel on it, the bar fell and the metal holding the bar almost hit me. These issues/concerns were addressed to the unit manager but I didn't see any action. We stayed in unit 1632.

Hard to find the the place becauss they put GRACEFUL GETAWAY in the sjte, but once you google map it.,you cant find. Place bit noisy, you can hear the wind from outside
