I will never ever stay again at this chain of hotels

Everything - constant water cuts, rooms not cleaned properly, leaking pipe in toilet, poor quality toilet paper, very noisy ( from street), difficulty in getting into and off vehicle because there's no proper pick up/drop off area, smell of food in lifts, surrounding area is ugly anf feels unsafe, baby cockroaches

Will not stay there another time if I had a choice.
Pros:

The location was perfect. It was easy to get around. Others found it easy to reach us. Some of the front desk staff were really good and courteours.

Cons:

It was very noisy. The windows were not double glazed. The smell of smoke in the room was too much. The hotel did not do anything to sort it out. Not even some form of air-freshner. It had roaches.

Pros:

I recently stayed at Kingston Hotel 11 and had a very pleasant experience. The staff member, Ms. Malmi, was especially kind and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm and attentive service made a big difference and made me feel very welcome.

Another highlight was the bed — it was extremely comfortable and allowed me to have a deep, restful sleep after a long day. A good night’s rest is always important when traveling, and the hotel certainly delivered on that.

Overall, I appreciated the friendly service and comfortable room. Thank you to Ms. Malmi and the team for making the stay enjoyable. 😊

Water was out as well as air conditioning. Should be given a total refund!
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

Coffee was terrible. Food choices were slime to choose from and what was available tasted bland and not worth the money.

Not one I can recommend though staff tried there best to support a lot of disgruntled customers
Pros:

We were at a convention there so good to be at the host hotel

Cons:

No water from when we got there, only stayed one night out of three there and thankfully the hotel chain moved us to another of there sister hotels
