Great value, warm, clean and good shutters make for great sleep in a lovely apartment.
Pros:

Beautiful, spacious apartment.
A really easy walk into Reims centre.

Cons:

It would have been helpful to have the sofa bed made up on arrival instead of having to locate sheets, pillows etc.

Cons:

Très déçues de notre séjour. Nous avions réservé un logement pour 4 personnes, mais à notre arrivée, le canapé-lit était cassé. Le réceptionniste nous a confirmé qu’ils étaient au courant depuis plusieurs jours, mais rien n’avait été fait avant notre arrivée. Une solution de fortune a été proposée (un simple pouf en dessous), mais le lit restait instable et très inconfortable — nuit très compliquée.

En plus de cela, le verrou de la porte était cassé, ce qui pose un vrai problème de sécurité.

Ce que nous trouvons inadmissible, c’est que l’établissement était parfaitement au courant des problèmes, mais a choisi de ne rien dire et de louer malgré tout le logement dans cet état. On nous a demandé d’envoyer un mail pour faire une réclamation, ce que nous avons fait à deux reprises, mais nous n’avons jamais reçu la moindre réponse. Aucun retour, aucun geste commercial, rien du tout.

Manque total de professionnalisme et de considération pour les clients. Nous ne recommandons pas.

Super Lage, tolles Apartment.
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Würden wir wieder buchen. Parken ist auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz direkt neben der Unterkunft möglich (5h mit Parkscheibe) von 21.00 Uhr bis 9.00 Uhr frei.

Awesome stay in Reims
Pros:

This appartment is a gem. Located right in front of la Porte de Mars and next to an old champagne celler, also practical located next to a big public parking area. The apartment was so clean and beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable! The hotel next door were caring for it and they were super kind. All good!

Cons:

The toilet / shower was a bit small but really no problem at all.
