Cleanliness
1
Mixed reports: many guests praised "very clean room" and clean toilets, but several reviews reported dirty rooms, torn towels and even a comment about cockroaches; overall slightly negative/variable cleanliness performance.
Service
1
Generally strong positive remarks about staff (friendly, helpful reception, named staff praised, soft-spoken receptionist who assisted with extra guests), though isolated negative incident where a booking was cancelled by staff.
Location
1
Convenient/strategic central location noted by multiple guests; downside: some rooms near main road are noisy at night and mini-market on site was reported not functioning well.
Room Quality
1
Mixed to negative: positives include clean beds and good shower for some, but frequent issues reported — AC not cooling, lack of hot water, missing kettle/hangers, no mini-fridge, toilet door problems and occasional overbooking leading to room unavailability.
Amenities
1
Several amenity complaints: no kettle, inconsistent hot water, limited working power plugs, non-functioning mini market, no lift, wifi connectivity issues, TV or remote problems — overall notably lacking.
Value for Money
1
Multiple guests explicitly called it 'value for money' or suitable for the price; many found rooms spacious and acceptable for the charge despite some issues.
Food and Beverage
1
Minimal direct hotel F&B mentions — guests appreciated staff guidance to local food and nearby Wawa convenience but no hotel dining service details; neutral.
Overall Experience
1
Overall mixed but leaning slightly positive due to friendly staff and good location/value for many guests, tempered by amenity and room-quality issues for others.

Muy bien
Pros:
