Perfect place for a Birthday celebration weekend
Pros:

Communication was superb, the host was very polite and caring, I even found a bottle of wine and a bouquet of flowers for my Birthday on the day of the arrival. The place has everything you need, the location is fantastic. Breakfast is excellent, it is in a cozy bistro just around the corner. Perfect celebration and stay overall!

Cons:

Little sink in the bathroom could drain faster.

Cons:

I can understand that, due to exceptional circumstances, the staff were unable to come and escort me to my room; I fully appreciate that. However, what I cannot understand is that the Wi-Fi in my room is virtually unusable. My mobile phone managed to connect to the Wi-Fi, but the connection is so poor that it is impossible to use it properly. The signal is basically one bar, or non-existent. I contacted the staff at 8 o’clock, but received no reply.

Highly recommend!
Pros:

To be honest, we had a bit of a rough start...there was a technical issue with the heating in our unit and it was quite chilly. I messaged the team, and Ms. Olga responded almost instantly. She handled it like a total pro. Within twenty minutes, she moved us to a different, even better apartment that was warm and perfectly ready. That kind of efficiency is rare.
Also, I noticed some older reviews mentioning renovation works in the building. I can happily say there’s no sign of any renovation now. It was perfectly quiet and peaceful during my stay.
The video directions they sent were a lifesaver after a long flight, making the entrance effortless to find. The place was spotless and right in the heart of Warsaw.

Pros:

Lokalizacja, wystrój i czystość pokoju, dostęp do ekspresu, lodówki, kawy, herbaty i wody. Miła obsługa hotelowa. Mapka i dokładny instruktaż co, gdzie i kiedy. Zdecydowanie dużym atutem było śniadanie w kawiarni tuż za rogiem, które można zjeść od godziny 8-18. Super pomysł, do ta opcja dla śpiochów. Szkoda tylko, że nie można zjeść trochę wcześniej np. od 7.30, przy wyjeździe służbowym poranne zjedzenie posiłku było czasowo niemożliwe.

Cons:

Brak parkingu w ofercie hotelu. Niestety parking miejski wymaga dodatkowej opłaty. Dopiero od godziny 20 parkowanie jest bezpłatne.

To był już kolejny mój pobyt w tym hotelu i myślę, że najlepszą rekomendacją jest jeśli wraca się w to samo miejsce :) Co więcej kolejnym razem też zarezerwuję ten hotel.

Cons:

Wejście do hotelu jest nieco skomplikowane, ale instrukcje od obsługi bezbłędnie mnie poprowadzizły.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

The room was very nice. I liked the decorations in the room. I was worried I'd have trouble entering the facilities but they sent a thorough email on how to find the entrance, with pictures.

Cons:

The air conditioner didn't work, but thankfully it was a cool night and a staff member happened to be on site and gave me a standing fan.
