I would stay here again
Pros:

I liked how clean it was, and I liked the beds, but not the pillows

Cons:

I didn’t really love this neighborhood. It was very quiet not much to eat the stairway getting up to the room was very small and tight dragging her luggage up all those stairs and there’s like a side thing that we hit our shoulder on. We never encountered any staff. It was just a computer so I can’t rate the staff.
The ball light in the living room was hanging very low so we hit our head on it a bunch of times, but we did enjoy the room as far as it had a washer, and it was pretty comfortable other than the pillows

Parfait pour explorer Tokyo en famille
Pros:

Tout s'est très bien passé. L'appartement est très bien équipé et nous avons pu visiter Tokyo notamment via la station de bus à proximité. Check-in facile. Parfait pour famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif était l'absence de table pour prendre le petit déjeuner ensemble: seulement un canapé et une petite table basse. Le plafond était aussi un peu bas pour les deux lits du haut mais les enfants se sont habitués.

Stylish, quiet and well organised.
Pros:

Spacious and stylish for our family of 4. Solid beds, didn’t wake each other when person above or below moved. Well organised apartment.

We ended up spending more time in Shinjuku/Shibuya so was a lot of travelling to the other side of the city but this location is on a quiet street and neighbourhood great for Sky Tree, senso-ji shrine and local shopping neighbourhood. Very close 7-11 for breakfast or take away snack purchases.

总体还是很不错的，房间很大值得入住。
Pros:

地理位置很不错，走2分钟就有公交车站，去上野浅草寺都很方便，房屋后面就是7-11超市、很方便。房间在东京算很大了，去吉原也就是转角的事。门口有一家孤独美食家推荐的中华洋食餐厅。

Cons:

因为是无人自助入住，所以入住还是有些麻烦的。我住的1楼房间，有一天晚上11点多门口几个白人聚集，在喝酒抽烟，随地吐痰说话声音非常吵闹，并且光着膀子看上去很危险。整体房间很干净但是床上有一次发现了床虱。

Muy nuevo, cómodo y guay
Pros:

El piso es una pasada, super nuevo y super bien decorado, si vais en familia o con amigos esta super guay cada uno tiene su espacio, los colchones son cómodos.
Creo que tuvimos un precio especial porque justo estaban casi que estrenando el hotel.

Cons:

Para llegar a este apartamento desde el la estación central de Tokyo es bastante largo sobre todo si vas con varias maletas, No vayáis al restaurante CHINO que esta cerca del apartamento, platos muy pequeños, ( pero caseros y tradicionales cocina china real ) por otra parte sí os diría de ir al restaurante de curry que esta justo en frente del apartamento

Pros:

Spacious for a group of 4 - not on top of eachother like we wouldve been had we booked a different hotel.

Great place to stay in a great location!
Pros:

Communication with Maria was wonderful. Any issue we had was answered straight away! The beds were comfy as was the couch. I would recommend this place to any family with either young kids or older and also to groups of friends that are travelling together. 7 Eleven was literally around the corner as was the bus stop which drops you right at the station.

Cons:

Not much at all. Honestly we really enjoyed it.
