Beautiful, private serene stay just outside of Ubud
Pros:

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. The beds were so comfortable. A very serene location and private stay.

Cons:

A bit far to travel for activities. Pool did not get any sunlight, so was quite cool. A bit more seating would have been nice.

Nice for larger groups. Useless pool area.

The beds. So comfortable. Huge shout out to Vopy, she was amazing.

Cons:

The pool area. Other than a faded and somewhat dirty looking blue bean bag there was absolutely no pool side furniture. It made the entire concept of a pool useless.
I won't name him, but there was a staff member (young and male) than was beyond rude. Our room safe was not working. I went to reception to enquiry about the issue. This staff member turned to the other female in the office and then started talking in their language and laughing. I have stayed in Bali multiple times. Not once have I experienced this level of rudeness from Balinese people.

المكان جميل ومريح وكبير ، الموظفون بشوشين ومهتمين جدا اقاموا لابني الصغير مفاجأه احتفال ليوم ميلاده بعد ان عرفوا منه ذلك بالصدفه، وطلبت احضار الفطور للفيلا وقاموا بذلك شكرا لهم 🌹

Great value for money, warm hospitality and good food.
Pros:

My villa was clean, though I thought I had booked a 1-bedroom villa but it turned out to be a 2-bedroom villa so was extremely comfortable for one person. Did not manage to use the pool during the stay but it looked inviting and the sound of the running water throughout the day felt quite relaxing. Breakfast/food from the neighbouring (sister) restaurant was great - particularly the mi goreng - also very affordably priced. Portion sizes were also generous for breakfast. There were mosquitoes and insects (large grasshoppers) in the semi-outdoor bathroom so just beware; I asked for mosquito repellent and they provided an electric plug type repellent for the bedroom which worked well. Would have been nice if they had provided mosquito coils for use in other parts of the villa - especially the outdoor areas / poolside.

Cons:

The air-conditioning in the bedrooms feels either a bit too strong (cold) or warm/humid. Could not sleep well for the first couple of nights but got better sleep toward the end. The kitchenette could be a bit better furnished - e.g. with more cutlery and a proper cutlery tray, a dish drying rack (had nowhere to dry my water bottle after washing). Would also have been nice to have proper lounge chairs instead of a single kinda gritty looking outdoor bean bag which did not look that clean to use (even if just visually).
