We had an amazing stay at Unagi mas with my wife and met an awesome staff that enlightened our stay at the villa. Special shout out to Sanjaya and Vopi who offered daily recommandations about activities in Ubud and the whole region. All the staff was respectful and extremely friendly. The partner restaurant Gauri was incredible also, offering quality food and beautiful plates for really cheap prices. The villa is nicely located in Mas village, distant from Ubud’s hyperactivity. Though, lots of options to eat or shop around.

Prima uitleg en als er wat is kon je gelijk whatsappen. Elke ochtend vragen hoe je hebt geslapen en wat je wilt eten/ kamer schoon gemaakt kan worden.

The interior is beautiful, especially the bathroom, and the pool water was very clean. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Their response time on WhatsApp was impressively fast, and they were always ready to assist whenever we needed help. Special thanks to Dita, who was extremely kind during check-in, and to Vopi, who kindly helped us by washing the cutlery when we didn’t have enough tableware. We truly appreciate everyone’s kindness🫶🏻

Sehr schöne Villa mit schöner Aufteilung. Personal total nett, haben uns sogar Geld geliehen weil wir erst wechseln mussten. Haben uns immer über WhatsApp kontaktiert, wegen der Zimmerreinigung und sonstige Belange. Würde ich aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten eine Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern und somit auch zwei Bäder. Sehr schnuckelig eingerichtet.

We stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved everything about our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We were warmly welcomed by Vopi and Ovi, who kindly waited for us even though we arrived around 9 pm. They made sure all our needs were taken care of.
Tusan helped us organize a wonderful day trip and guided us to Alas Harum, Teba Sari Restaurant, and Ulu Peyanu Waterfalls, it was an amazing experience.
The villa itself is new, spotless, and beautifully designed, full of beautiful tropical plants (even inside the bathrooms!). The pool was fantastic and very clean. The living room was spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary cutlery and cooking utensils. It has a nice large tv.
The location is perfect which is surrounded by peaceful rice fields with breathtaking morning views, and only a 20 mins drive to Ubud Centre. There is a very lovely restaurant and café just steps away (Glucks Café).
Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we would definitely love to come back. Tusan, Ovi, and Vopi made our stay a memorable one.❤️
