Relaxing stay at this Secret Gem
Pros:

Quiet, clean, comfortable large efficiency apartment with full kitchen and bathroom. Relaxing sitting areas and pool. Location is easy 2.5 blocks walk to beach. Each unit has own parking spot.

A quiet cozy beach retreat.
Pros:

It's a very cozy, beachy place. It was clean and comfortable. When we arrived there was a nice gift basket that we enjoyed. There were plenty of dishes, bowls, pots and pans available for cooking and storing. Having separate air conditioners helped keep us cool. The outdoor space was convenient and a nice to have. The pool area was spacious with plenty of seating and umbrellas. It was also nice to have a table and regular chairs available too. The location was good with a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach, Walgreens and local restaurants and on a quiet street. There was a washer and dryer on site too. The owners were very friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small, but clean. The two TV's were quite small. We stayed for ten days and had only two sets of bath towels available though there were plenty of pool towels.

Loved this place!
Pros:

Absolutely loved this place! The hosts were fantastic, and the facilities were perfect! So close to the beach that it was easy to come and go . Many things to do and places to eat or drink within walking distance. Pool, washer, dryer, full kitchen with all of the items necessary to prepare meals! Good neighbors who come back year after year. Everything was exactly like 9e better than advertised!

Cons:

That we had to leave eventually!

Pros:

The property was very pleasant and. well-maintained. Though I didn't get a chance to use it, the pool looked very nice and the property is very close to the beach, good walking areas, and commercial areas.

Great value

Cons:

Ran out of Toilet paper and facial tissue
No soap for dishwasher, but had all other amenities covered.
Should have had a reasonable supply of above for our week long stay
Heated pool only worked on the last day of our stay, but is working now.

It was so quaint! In a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood and close to beach and great restaurants. Very clean, newly refurnished. The hosts were very friendly and nearby! Extended offer to reach out at anytime of day, but everything was well taken care of, so we didn’t need to reach out.

There was noting not to like!

Cozy and convenient; perfect for families.
Pros:

When we booked the property, we were not expecting much-the photos truly do not do this place justice! We loved the apartment! It was so cozy and quaint, perfect for us. We arrived very late, but the convenience of having a code for the door made arrival super easy and allowed the whole family to “have a key.” When we came in, the room smelled very clean, had more space than we were expecting, and a lovely little welcome basket. It was a major relief to have no worries or complications. It is a very short walk to the beach, and the owners gave us access to plenty of towels and beach chairs. There are also golf cart and bicycle rentals available and a very reasonably priced, but we did not have time to enjoy. Overall fantastic experience! We will definitely come back if we return to the Fort Lauderdale area.

Close to where we needed to be on this trip in a comfortable apartment.
Pros:

It was a very nice compact studio apartment with many amenities that were unexpected. It was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Difficult to use the TV. Not sure to this day how it really worked but I am not very competent the technology. Also, the bed mattress was not too comfortable when two people are in it, sagged in the middle.
