Mala gestión por parte del propietario.
Cons:

A nuestra llegada, en la recepción no tenian constancia de que teniamos reserva. Intentamos contactar con el propietario por llamada y mensajes a traves de SMS como por la app de booking y no respondía. Nos vimos obligados a coger una habitación en el hotel que se situa en el mismo edificio que este airbnb. Informamos a atencion al cliente de booking sobre lo sucedido y nos dieron una solución rápida. A las 3 horas aproximadamente nos contactó la propietaria a través de la app pero ya habíamos reservado una habitación en el hotel ya que veniamos de un vuelo de 20h. Asi que no llegamos a ver la habitacion ya que la gestión fue nula por parte del propietario. Nos enteramos posteriormente que al hacer la reserva, el propietario se debe poner en contacto con nosotros para indicarnos su numero de apartamento y que a nuestra llegada a recepción habria una persona esperando para darnos las llaves de la habitación pero en ningun momento fue asi.

I would really go back and stay at the property again.
Pros:

I really liked the vibe and how clean it was. Everything was spot on beautiful and it smelled like flowers/ lavender when I entered the room.

The pillows bed was also so comfortable like I was staying in an actual hotel. It was just so perfect!

Cons:

None. I really enjoyed staying at this property.

The stay was remarkably wonderful and exceptional. A perfect blend of comfort and cozy ambience. The room was clean, tidy and fresh. The view of the city from it was splendid. Great location close and accessible to any cities nearby like BGC, Makati, Pasig, Taguig, Manila and the city proper. The facilities are excellent. Wifi is good, nothing to complain with. The bathroom was clean and had a good selection of toiletries.
We tried the Tempus Restaurant and I could say it's really great. The service was consistently exceptional, with friendly and attentive staffs. Overall the room, view, facilities are amazing.. I highly recommend this place..

Ubytování není hotel, jak se uvádí. Není ani recepce, je to pouze pokoj k pronájmu v rezidenci.

Bohužel, ubytování vůbec neproběhlo.

Ubytování vůbec není hotel, jak uvádí. Lidi na checkinu zmatení, nevěděli kam jdu, co dělat, komu volat. Není zde recepce, jak se uvádí. Majitel poté ani nevyšel vstříc s refundací, což mě mrzí, jelikož cestuji hodně a vždy jsem se nějak domluvil.

The kitchen and 2 sinks and the toilet and shower are separated.

Cons:

The wifi did not work during our stays. But the staff is very helpful by contacting the internet provider but because it was weekend CS might not be available.

Also got confused with the front desk passing us into another building 3 times.

The only thing I don’t like was the deposit upon check-in. I wasn’t informed ahead of time.I thought everything was settled before my arrival. So it was a hassle on my part being disturbed during bedtime and reminded until I gave the money via the security guard , but it was given on the next day since he refused to meddle with the transaction. I realized later on that this is an air-bnb type of accommodation. I thought it was part of the Novotel Manila Hotel but it’s different. I was advised that booking of Novotel Hotel is accessible through Agoda according to the staff.
