シャワーもしっかり出て快適。シャンプーもありました。
雪の日でしたが部屋もしっかり暖かったです。
朝食もたくさんありました。

公共交通機関がないため、ギョレメバスターミナルからタクシーに乗る必要があります。

Der Erstkontakt war freundlich.

Cons:

Die auf Booking angegebene Zimmerbeschreibung passte absolut nicht zum Zimmer... Gebucht war ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool-Badewanne im Raum. Diese war nicht vorhanden. Der Raum war zudem mit 90m² beschrieben. Es waren nichtmal 40m².
Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort wollte uns verarschen und meinte, dass es 90m² mit dem Balkon seien, welcher nichtmal 15m² groß war... Nach vielen Jahren in einer 65m² Wohnung weiß man sehr gut, ob etwas größer oder kleiner ist. Dies war viel kleiner. Als wir uns an ihn wandten, um mitzuteilen, dass dies nicht unser Zimmer sei, beharrte er darauf, dass es das richtige Zimmer sei. Wir haben uns darauf nicht eingelassen. Schließlich kam er auf uns mit einem anderen Zimmer zu, welches ohh Wunderveinen Whirlpool im Zimmer hatte... Aber auch maximal 45m² groß war. Eher kleiner. Wir sagten, wir würden es zum vereinbarten Preis nehmen, doch dann meinte er, dass dieses Zimmer weit mehr kosten würde und nun sein komplettes (leeres) Hotel ausgebucht sei. Er wurde unfreundlich. Wir stornierten den Aufenthalt. Dann wollte er uns nur ein Teilbetrag rückerstatten, da es eine Servicegebühr gäbe...

Great value for money and excellent stay
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with a lavish spread of jams, cheeses and so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed pur breakfast. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They assist you in booking taxis etc. This place is not very close to Goreme centre. But most activities in cappodocia provide pick up and drop facilities. And all activity providers knew Sara ave hotel very well. To go to the city centre we used taxi which was very cheap. It would cost us a maximum of 5 Euros. And hotel staff would book the taxi for us. We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Det var bare godt!
Pros:

Sengen var perfekt. Og der var dejligt varmt på værelset (det var vinter). Badeværelset var godt og alle de ekstra produkter var af god kvalitet. Morgenmaden var tyrkisk, og der var to damer der dagligt tilberedt den varme morgenmad til mig. De var meget søde og smilende. Generelt var personalet utrolig imødekommende. Og receptionen kunne snakke fint engelsk. Billederne lever fuldt ud op til virkeligheden.

Cons:

Internettet ringede rigtig godt i på mit værelse. Andre steder på hotellet var det noget mere ustabilt.

Consigliato, solo se con mezzo indipendente
Pros:

Struttura ben arredata e pulita. Colazione salata preparata al momento, molto buona. Staff molto organizzato e gentile.

Cons:

Distante dal centro di Goreme. Purtroppo nonostante si tratti di circa pochi km, è necessario avere un mezzo (non si tratta di una strada “comoda” a piedi), altrimenti (andando di taxi) vi conviene spendere qualcosina in un più per una struttura più centrale.
Purtroppo non avevano nulla di dolce a colazione.
