Great place to stay in Cappadocia
Pros:

Really enjoyed our stay here. We had a big comfortable room and loved the hot tub on the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. Although it was in a small village, there were places to eat and drink, a small supermarket and lots of stuff to do nearby. Highly recommend as a base for exploring Cappadocia. We found the hot water a bit cold initially but staff were responsive and sorted it. They provided vegan breakfast

Recommended!
Pros:

1. Upgraded room with jacuzzi in spacious balcony! Although we are facing empty house (half renovated but still can see partially the view - it was raining no hot air balloon)
2. Exceptional comfortable king sized bed! You can tell the bedsheets quality is top notch. We slept like a baby!
3. Spacious room clean and nice interior. Air conditioning works with cold/hot
4. Spacious bathroom with good amenities. The bedroom slippers are good quality ones.
5. Quiet neighbourhood with just several cafe/restaurant (pricey) and mini market. Good enough for us.
6. Airport transfer arranged by hotel 15€ per person (worth it with the distance!)
7. Responsive friendly receptionist (through WhatsApp)
8. Fast internet!
9. Yummy local breakfast (served)
10. Local bus opposite main road of ceramic/pottery shop to Goreme cost about 80 lira (5 minutes away)

Cons:

1. Water not warm enough. It's just like luke warm although we on the max
2. Impractical shower area, flooding to other part of bathroom

PS : we still enjoyed our stay
- not really cave hotel but good enough for us
- we love this more quiet small town than Goreme

EXCELLENT hotel, very clean, nice bathroom with all the ammenities and more (like a scrub suponge 😀 ). 
Breakfast was HUGE, we were 2 and I think it would had feed 4 people perfectly.
Even if it is not located at Goreme, it is in walking distance of 30 to 40 minutes, and very close to the hotel you can walk to CAVUSIN, the ruins of an old Church (15') or to the Rose Valley (20'). Also there are horse rental, ATV tours, and other things to do very close to the hotel.
But de BEST part it was the People that work at the hotel, they made us fell very wellcome, almost as a family visit.
Sabri was very very kind, and always willing to help us in every way he could, given directions, given assistance, like he was always trying to find in which way he could help us. 
Tezcan was the sweetest lady in Turkey, always with a warm smile. One ranny morning she tought me how to mate Gozleme, I had a blast at the kitchen with her.
Ihsan didn't speak English but with an app in his phone he mannaged to communicate perfectly with us.
One day I walked into the terrace (from where you can see the ballons fly early in the morning) but this was at noon and Ihsan was going to srart having lunch, and with signs he offered me to take something from his plate, I can't think on a kindest thing to do.
So, thank you yo the three of you who made our stay a very pleasant journey at Capadoccia!!

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel, großes Zimmer, die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber ein eigenes Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil - jeweils 10 min fährt man zu den etwas größeren Dörfern wo die meisten Restaurants und Cafes sind

Pros:

Place is perfect but the Staff, OMG, I felt like in the top hotel. I will definitely get back to this place when I’m in Cappadocia. My Daughter had birthday and due to bad weather there was no balloons flights, the Manager (I believe) upgraded our room without any additional costs, My Daughter was super happy. I will definitely remember that!
