Staff were very nice. Beyond my expectations. Empathy wity my phone blocked and helped me calling my sim card provider.
Breakfast was very good. Many options.
Location, 5 min walking from train station and many buses around.
The room for 3 waa very small. No many storage.
Location
We booked 2 nights in a twin room but didn't arrive until 6am on the morning of the 1st night (travelled 24 hours) so never slept in the bed. There was no assistance offered by staff to get our bags into the lobby or to our room. We were given a room at the very end of a maze corridor with 5 doors to go through that had absolutely no air. Avoid room 410. It was tiny, the shower and bathroom were not big enough to bend over in.
Nice hotel in a decent area for bars and food.
The room was a small twin without air con or a fan sadly, that made it pretty uncomfortable for sleeping as 30degs and no air cooling through the window but that was the only real issue.
The breakfast was perfect a lot of choices well presented.
The location of the hotel was very handy for Paddington station.
For me I had no faults with the hotel .
Well ubicated. Almost all the staff very kind and trying to help. The breakfast is ok and variated.
The room. Besides being ridiculously small even for one person (my reservation was for two), it was hot as hell. No natural ventilation (just a window blocked with a wall); a mini fan that didn't solve anything and of course, without AC.
I couldn't believe the mini size of the bathroom, it was a challenge to move inside it. Terrible. I tried to slept there just one night (impossible because of the heat) and the next morning I went out to book another hotel in the area (almost same price and huge difference).
Before decididing this, I asked in the front desk the night before I there was available any other room. The woman was little empathetic and told me I had to ask the next morning (I guess they should know their check out, but whatever...) I couldn't stand that complete night and I booked other place.
I know it is a three star hotel but believe me that room didn't reach neither one star! And the price had NOTHING to do with that hell of room.
The only photo I took was the blocked window.

Ansonsten: Ventilator, kleines TV, Wasserkocher, gute Minimalausstattung.
Wifi (naja, sehr lageabhängige Qualität).
