Staff were incredibly helpful and positive when i encountered issues

Cons:

wifi and data did not work in my room, heating was poor and the room was extremely cold throughout the stay, no phone in room and alarms went off at random

Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado (estación de Paddinton a 2 min andando). Zona tranquila.
La amabilidad del personal de recepción.
Desayuno buffet bueno por buen precio teniendo en cuenta la oferta de la zona.
Puedes dejar la maleta en el hotel si tú vuelo sale tarde.

Super lokalita ale miniaturní pokoj
Pros:

Personál byl velice milý a ochotný. Umístění hotelu je perfektní pro cestování na a z letiště Heathrow.
Pokoj byl pro nás připravený již po 10. hodině a ne až ve 14:30, takze skvělé!
Vše bylo čisté.

Cons:

Pokoj pro 3 byl neskutečně malý. V podstatě se tam člověk zvládne jen otočit a ve třech lidech skoro s těží + chybí jakýkoliv úložný prostor (s velkým kufrem by zde člověk nepochodil). Měli jsme pokoj v 5. patře, takže podkroví a celá podlaha na patře strašně vrzala, malé okno ven nešlo zamknout a netěsnilo. Stěny jsou takřka papírové.
Snídaně byla průměrná, ale kafe z automatu se opravdu nedalo pít.
