装修新，干净

Cons:

Booking的沟通机制太差，这次遇到问题，定了一周，实际只住了不到3天。还是按一周时间收费。亏损大几千。

虽然标注不可退，但是携程订的酒店房间，还是可以协商退款并且成功了，因为携程会帮忙沟通。

但是BOOKING没有帮客户沟通，而且找不到人以及在线沟通渠道，很失望。
酒店那边没有收到booking的请求，不帮客户做调整，即便加一天也不行。

体验失望😔。

Room Unavailable, But Got Charged Anyway.
Pros:

I used to like this hotel.

Cons:

I book the room, and I already ask from here that I want to upgrade (with fee and I am agree).
On the day I want to check in, they said the room is unavailable. The reason I want to upgrade is the room is quite small. At the end, I'm not stayed there, but I got fully charged.
Very nice. Thank you

Great place and lovely staff who take care of you.
Pros:

Clean upmarket hotel and is strategically situated in PIK1. I was really impressed and appreciate the staff who were courteous and patient.

Cons:

There nothing bad to like.
