Pros:

Sangat menikmati pengalaman menginap saya. Lokasinya strategis dan hotelnya bersih serta nyaman. Yang paling berkesan bagi saya adalah pelayanan staff resepsionisnya. Saat check in saya mendapatkan room upgrade yang benar-benar membuat pengalaman jadi lebih menyenangkan.

selain itu, seluruh staff sangat ramah dan profesional. Setiap kali berpapasan di area hotel, mereka selalu menyapa dengan senyum.

Beautiful rooms but still in pre opening

Spacious room

Cons:

Hotel still under construction rooms not fully finished yet, construction creates noise. Breakfast poor for western guests. Shower only a rain shower, the regular shower head is only a hip hight. Kids running around and screaming in the hallways. Light shining into the room from a technical space next to the room, having to plug the key hole with a pencil. Mentioned all this to the reception and no response ever came.

Short Transit Stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Elong Hotel PIK. The complete package truly exceeded expectations, starting from the warm and attentive service to the pleasant restaurant ambience. The room facilities were very high-tech and convenient. The smart TV and the hairdryer were definite standouts.
The room was also very clean, and the bedding was extremely comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was absolutely worth the price and I would gladly stay here again.

wait until the hotel is finished, unless you cant find anywhere else
Pros:

cheap and somewhat modern. automatic curtain was nice?

Cons:

- construction on the same floor as you. rooms across and next to us was still under construction which makes a lot of noise
- make sure windows doesnt leak when it rains outside
- no new towels, wet towels were hanged on the door which kept it wet whole day.
- breakfast starts at 7 but many of the food is not out til close to 8. fruits goes out late.
- milk at room temperature
- power outlet doesnt seem to work unless one of the room light is on

Pros:

Saya memilih hotel ini untuk liburan keluarga di dekat Pik, dan pengalamannya melebihi ekspektasi kami. Kamarnya luar biasa luas, dengan jendela besar dari lantai hingga siling tinggi yang membuat pencahayaan sangat baik . Anak-anak senang melihat pemandangan dari jendela. Pemandangannya jd lbh baik,siang hari terasa lbh cerah dan malam hari dapat melihat pemandangan kota yg sangat indah. Sarapannya juga luar biasa. Meskipun variasinya tidak terlalu banyak, semuanya terasa lezat, dan anak-anak sangat menikmatinya. Stafnya juga sangat sopan dan membantu. Saya pasti akan merekomendasikan hotel ini kepada teman-teman saya!

Cons:

tidak ada, so far dengan harga yang di berikan dan lokasi yang bagus sangat puas . dan di lokasi PIK sangat memberikan pilihan yang tepat .
