Stylish, luxurious getaway in the woods
Pros:

Breakfast amazing, onsen excellent, location perfect (but you need a car or a cab to get there), restaurant was delicious. Already planning my next trip!

Pros:

Really nice hotel, very spacious and comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet was very good. We were worried it would be too far from the ski resorts but it's just a five minute drive and you can book a free shuttle. The onsen is really nice as well.

和洋室で部屋が分かれていてトイレも２つあり使いやすかった。

Cons:

ロビーはモダンで素敵だったのでお部屋とのギャップがありました。大浴場にいた時急に停電し怖かった。

ここに泊まれて良かった
Pros:

値段が安い割に部屋は広く豪華で超快適ぜったいオススメまた行きたい。朝食はぜひとも頼む価値あり、心がこもっており満たされる。対応も良い。

Cons:

大浴場の湯温が低すぎて逆に冷えた。露天も楽しみたかったが、冷えすぎて外に出れなかった。シャワーで体を温めてようやく出ることが出来た。

Great view, great staff, great breakfast and great stay
Pros:

Free variety of drinks at lounge to take
Breakfast was great and cooked when you arrive in the restaurant. And there is different cuisine everyday! Staff and chefs are very friendly
Rooms are very big and view is incredible
Parking is free

超乎預期的住宿體驗。
Pros:

飯店地點雖然不在市區，但是開車來說仍然十分方便，距離富良野北之峰區域開車很近，飯店有提供免費停車場，也有充電設施，住客不多時車輛可以停得離飯店門口很近，很方便。
飯店房間空間十分充足，硬體設備完善且維護良好。
早餐準備十分用心，餐點豐盛且十分美味，即使用餐時間即將結束仍然積極補充食材，餐點營養均衡，肉類不會只有不健康的火腿和香腸，十分優秀。
房內有按摩浴缸，館內仍設有大眾風呂可供使用。
下午到晚間大廳尚有免費飲料及點心提供。
服務人員態度皆良好，感受得到對飯店的熱情與用心。

Cons:

床鋪偏硬，這個要看旅客是否喜歡，不一定是缺點。
標示的露天風呂實際上並沒有露天，略顯可惜。
房務在整理房間時有時會沒有將備品補齊。
多瑕不掩瑜。
