Great quite family stay but not great in room onsen
Pros:

Great short stay for the family. We had the suite with onsen bath and the room is beautiful, big and comfortable. The beds were luxurious and I had a great night sleep. Due to that, I am happy to give them full 5 stars for the room although if we do come back, I will choose a room without the onsen bath.

I checked out the public onsen and it was small but very sufficient. It was off peak and not many customers and thus I felt it was fine. Perhaps in peak season, it might be a little cramp in their little indoor onsen area and even smaller outdoor onsen.

Service was great, reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There was free drinks at the lobby and some snacks as well.

Location wise, I appreciated being slightly outside of Furano city centre but yet a very short drive in.

Cons:

I was very disappointed with the in room onsen. It was more of a pre-filled bath tub with no running water. That was not what an onsen should be IMHO.

Did not appreciate that they did not have coin laundry facilities and the nearest one is in the city centre about 10 minutes away.

Great for quiet relaxing ski trip
Pros:

Perfect for peaceful quiet stay near kitanomine ski area. The hotel is perfect with ski room outside to put your boots to dry. Want to highlight lovely breakfast with set plate and semi buffet , dinner it’s western style food which is very good too. The room is also big and very clean. Onsen was perfect there’s two pools and one ‘sauna’ room. There is free shuttle service scheduled at set period to ski resort/JR/etc which is useful. They have a yoga room but we haven’t used it but facility is great. Location wise can get 10 minute taxi easily to go to town area since hotel is located in more quiet area.Overall the stay was excellent with friendly staff
