A peaceful, comfortable stay in a beautiful setting—we’d happily return and recommend it to others.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay as a family. The hotel was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery that made it a very peaceful place to relax. The views were outstanding, and the location was perfect for exploring Furano. The breakfast buffet was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a refreshing variety that stood out from the typical hotel buffet. Overall, the facilities were well maintained and made for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything that significantly affected our stay. If I had one suggestion, it would be for the front desk to provide more confident local recommendations for restaurants and family-friendly attractions. We asked for some advice and the staff member seemed unsure, but it was only a minor issue and did not take away from an otherwise excellent experience.

Overall OK. Staff could be more helpful and welcoming
Pros:

Breakfast was phenomenal. Really nice selection and excellent quality. Onsen was good

Cons:

The evening staff could be better. I did not feel welcome. The man at the front desk was neither friendly nor helpful. I would have w rated this place lower except the breakfast staff was great.

The hotel is old and dated. Location is remote in the woods - many insects but it is beautiful with its own garden and farm.

ホテルの雰囲気素敵でした。
Pros:

ロケーションよく、テンション上がりました。
早起きして、ヨガも体験、とてもいい先生で心地よかったです。

Cons:

スタッフの方が外国の方が多く、言葉も丁寧語にかけてる。朝食に行く時、フロントでお仕事されてる方が目に入りましたが、挨拶もなくて。
ツインのお部屋を予約してたのに、トリプルでした。外国人のスタッフ2人来て、その片付け方が、畳んだ掛け布団、シーツを床に直に置くので、首を傾げました。

良いホテル
Pros:

部屋が広く、内風呂もきれい。朝食が良い。ロケーションも富良野の町の中心から近いがホテルの周りは素晴らしい環境。ホテルの花畑も良く管理されている。

Cons:

温泉の泉質だと思うが、マンガンの黒いカスが湯舟に出てくる。トイレのウォシュレットが古い。

Pros:

古いものの部屋は広く、景色も綺麗

Cons:

風呂にかなり多くの黒い苔が生えていて、湯の中にも舞っていて気持ち悪かった。
部屋は古いものの綺麗にはしているが、セロハンテープで壁紙が補修されていたり、メンテナンスにお金をかけていない感じが強く感じられた。

A relaxing stay with good breakfast to start your day.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. I like the daily menu and the variety of breakfast food.

I also enjoyed the big open spaces in the hotel lobby and on the hotel property.

I love the big bear in the lobby. I love how he was in different poses. I have named him "Fu Fu" (short for Furano) bear. Would love to receive picture updates of him once in a while.

A male staff came to the carpark with 2 umbrellas when we arrived while it was raining. It was a very thoughtful gesture.

My room (101) balcony was dirty and un-inviting. I would have enjoyed sitting there and admiring the view.

Cons:

It will be great if the front desk staff can speak and understand some basic English.

The bathroom should have a proper shower area. I did not like to climb in and out of the sauna tub to shower. Also, there was no safety handle-bar and also no anti-slip mat in the tub.

At the car drop-off point, please install a ramp for luggage bags and wheelchair users.

良かったです。
Pros:

スタッフの方が親切で、朝食が美味しかった。
フリーの飲み物が充実してました。景色も綺麗で、朝のヨガもとても良かったです。

Cons:

3人で泊まったので、ソファベッドの真ん中が沈んで、端でないと寝れなかった。部屋のスリッパの鼻緒が痛くて、履きにくかったです。

Location is good, pi pic bath is also good. Kew from hotel and restaurant area was amazing. Breakfast was delicious.

Location is good , in middle of mountain with nice view from room. Very quiet.

Cons:

When we stayed one night, temperatures was 25-30 degrees. But unfortunately there was no aircon that night due to maintenance, we tried to open window though we wish we could use aircon..

Pros:

Breakfast good. Onsen very good.

Cons:

I was really disappointed. Hotel website refers to a restaurant, and there are 4 paragraphs about seasonal food, wellness, freshness & natural flavours. Reading the website in English it states dining room with views ‘whether breakfast in dappled sunlight or dinner under a glowing sunset—become an extension of the culinary experience’.
The reality is that it is not open for dinner, and this hotel is 3 kilometers out of town. Many people were driving into town and coming back with takeaways! Bar closes at 9pm. The lack of restaurant is not appropriate for the price.
