Pros:

neues und modernes guest House mit einigen Besonderheiten.
das Zimmer war geräumig, die Betten bequem und die Aussicht über die Hafenanlagen zum Meer besonders.

Cons:

für uns war es unerwartet, das der Betrieb ohne Kontakt zu Menschen erfolgt. das Essen der Halbpension stand im Kühlschrank, sehr gut aber ungewöhnlich.
Check in unbedingt vorher per Handy erledigen, sonst steht man lange in der Lobby bevor man den Zimmercode erhält. geht gut, aber dauert etwas.
Essensraum mit Camping Atmosphäre.
