Rooftop City Residence to ogólnie bardzo przyjemne miejsce na pobyt, które oceniam zdecydowanie pozytywnie. Pokój był czysty, wygodny i dobrze wyposażony, a lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dogodna.

Cons:

​Warto jednak zwrócić uwagę na kilka kwestii organizacyjnych:

​Parking: Choć w ofercie znajduje się informacja o bezpłatnym parkingu, w praktyce na miejscu okazuje się, że jest on dodatkowo płatny.

​Wejście i winda: Brakuje wyraźnej informacji o drugim wejściu do budynku, w którym znajduje się winda. Przydatne oznaczenia na miejscu z pewnością ułatwiłyby dotarcie do pokoju z bagażami.

​Obsługa: Personel na miejscu nie do końca potrafił pomóc w rozwiązaniu pojawiających się pytań i wątpliwości.

Pros:

Raňajky boli štandardné, lokalita výborná. Veľmi sa mi páčili strešné terasy s kvetmi a zeleňou a celkovo ekologický prístup k prevádzke zariadenia (zber dažďovej vody, nešírenie drobných drogistických výrobkov). Dobrá je možnosť podzemného parkoviska, kde by som ale ocenila lepšiu navigáciu. Výhľad na Budapešť z balkónika izby aj z terasy bol super!

Cons:

Do ubytovania sa nedalo dostať bez telefonickej komunikácie s recepciou (zamknuté dvere) a vnútorné priestory trochu pripomínali bludisko, avšak treba oceniť, že slečna z recepcie nás nimi trpezlivo previedla. Bolo by fajn zlepšiť upratovanie (prach na podlahe a v kútoch).

Breakfast was nice

Cons:

Door broken to get in. Buzzer didn't work. Had to call reception twice to get in/ out.
Room sofa bed had dirty sheet.
Sliding door had a broken frame outside.
Had to come up through staff lift as main door broken.
Requested transfer prior to arrival as they said they could arrange... but then they couldn't.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great location for the places we planned to visit in Budapest this time—the City Park and Budapest Zoo, both just a 5–10-minute walk away.

The hotel offers parking in the underground garage on level -4 for €20 per day. The reception and hotel rooms are located on the sixth floor of the building, where there is also a beautiful garden terrace for relaxing and enjoying breakfast.

The buffet breakfast was excellent. We stayed in a triple room with a terrace. The hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I asked if we could use the parking garage for an additional three to four hours after check-out, as we were visiting the zoo before continuing our journey and wanted to avoid wasting time looking for another parking space. Unfortunately, the hotel was not accommodating and refused our request.

There were plenty of empty spaces in the garage, so I could not understand why our request was refused. I would not have minded paying an additional parking fee if they had allowed us to leave the car there for a few more hours.

Я більше ніколи не буду погоджуватись на нічний заїзд без ресепшену
Pros:

гарне розташування та нормальний сніданок ,
персонал пішов на зустріч та вирішив питання з переселенням в інший номер без запаху та кращим декором.
В якості компенсації ми отримали безкоштовний сніданок та можливість залишити речі після check-out

Cons:

Ми з подругою мали нічне заселення після 00,00. На цей час ресепшен вже не працював, нас завчасно попередили і ми пройшли check-in online. Але нас чекала жахлива пастка - у ванній кімнаті дикий сморід каналізацією, що в кімнаті неможливо знаходитись, а після виходу прованюєшся.
Нам не ще і не поклали рушники.
Ванна кімната крім того, що мала жахливий запах, мала старий занедбанний вид з жахливою шторкою у душовій.
Через ніч та втому ми переночували, тому що вночі ресепшен не відповідав на смс- повідомлення. Це було жахливо.
Я впевнена, що керівництво знає про проблему і продовжує заселяти в неналежні номери.
Добре, що нам дали можливість прийняти душ в нормальному номері, але краще щоб таких проблем не було. Безкоштовний сніданок не підніме рейтинг при такій помилці.

Pros:

Місцерозташування, чистий номер з свіжим ремонтом, величезний панорамний балкон і вид з нього.
Наявність кавоварки і текстові повідомлення з приводу води і користування туалетом)

Cons:

Зайти в середину - наче до Пентагону) Але були чіткі відеоінструкціїї, тому проблем не викиникло.
