Good value for money, clean and spacious place. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

- I stayed there for a month, so I think I have a pretty good impression of the place. Overall I am satisfied and definitely recommend this place. I would not hesitate to come back.

- WiFi works well, I did not have any issue when I was working remotely.

- The place is clean, the 2 bathrooms, the 3 toilets, the 2 kitchen... The cleaner comes once a day.
- Bedroom was spacious (I had the Deluxe Triple room).

- Heating was working perfectly.

- Lots of things included: washing machine (+ detergent), dryer, kitchen (+ pans, saucepans, cutlery, ...), fridge, freezer, coffee maker, body soap, shampoo. That was extremely convenient!

- Location is quite good for London, at this price. Don't listen to people saying it is too far from the centre, for London this place is considered close to the centre (around 35-40 minutes by bus). If you want to be closer to the centre, be ready to pay the double.

- The owners are very kind and accommodating

Cons:

Not much I did not like about this place, but I have a few suggestions that I think could make this place even better:

- Suggestion: since other guests can sometimes be noisy (obviously not the owners' fault), there should be signs (in the shared places + bedrooms) to remind everyone to respect the quiet hours.

- Suggestion: add signs on the front door asking people not to slam the door, out of respect for other guests.

- Suggestion: stickers with the rooms number on the cupboards, visible from the exterior, in addition to those inside the cupboards

Clean, easy to find, good vibe, quiet

Cons:

You have to take your shoes off at the bottom of the stairs, which was actually nice. However, sometimes it wasn't really room for all the shoes of the residents.

Für 1-2 Tage ausreichend-für länger leider für uns nichts-da auch die anderen Mitbewohner sich nicht sehr leise verhalte

Der Gastgeber war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar,immer höflich und stets bemüht.

Cons:

Die Einrichtungsgegenstände sind nicht mehr so gut in Schuss-eher älter.
Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage,nur einen kleinen Ventilator-definitiv viel zu wenig für diese Hitze direkt unter dem Dach.

Las instalaciones muy limpias, a pesar de ser baño compartido, todo se mantuvo en orden en el hospedaje, el Internet muy bien.

Cons:

La comodidad de las camas dejaba que desear. La "lejanía" con el centro puede ser molesta para algunas personas, a pesar de estar muy bien conectado vía Bus o OG.
