Cleanliness
1
Mostly positive — multiple guests call it very clean ("cleanest hotel", "clean establishment", "camera pulita"), though isolated issues were reported (long dark hairs on sheets).
Service
1
Mixed but leaning positive — many mentions of friendly and helpful front-desk staff, but some reports of absent or snarky desk staff and slow/no phone support.
Location
1
Consistently positive — many guests note an excellent, convenient location, easy access, proximity to restaurants and event venues, and plentiful parking.
Room Quality
1
Mixed — comfortable beds and decent room sizes for some, but complaints about smaller-than-average rooms, advertised vs. actual interior differences, and occasional cleanliness issues.
Amenities
1
Notable negatives — several guests report problematic or limited amenities (pay-for Wi‑Fi, creepy/broken gym and TV, inability to stream, phone not working, no heated pool, limited pool rules). Some positives (pool, jacuzzi) exist but overall amenities are a frequent pain point.
Value for Money
1
Generally positive — multiple reviewers mention good cost/value (affordable, "nice for the cost", good cost-quality ratio), though a few billing issues were reported.
Food and Beverage
1
Mildly positive — breakfast is frequently praised as plentiful and good, but several guests note limited variety or repetition over extended stays.
Overall Experience
1
Mixed-to-negative overall — many guests report pleasant stays (clean, good location, friendly staff), but repeated amenity failures, billing/charge problems, and occasional poor staff interactions lead to an overall negative tilt for some visitors.

Excellent service
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and met our needs. We are so thankful that my husband, due to his cancer, is always treated well. The room was perfect for us after a long day at MD Anderson.

Cons:

No complaints

Was a great stay for overnite. When we go back to that area we will definately stay there again.
Pros:

Didn't have time to eat breakfast but it looked OK. The proximity to the Interstate was awesome. Easy on and off. The fact that Papacito's was across the street was was also awesome.

Cons:

The Coffee. Sorry

Staff was friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Breakfast was fair. Coffee was wonderful. It is always too hot so I appreciate the fact that there was a machine to get some ice cubes.

Cons:

The gravy was cool, watery and no flavor. Eggs were only fair, no flavor. I could not hook up to wi-fi at first. Finally tried again and since I did not want to sign up for rewards it said I had to pay for wi-fi.

Big room and great price
Pros:

I stayed in room 413 in the king bedroom suite. The space was big, having a living room separated from the bedroom was nice. Everything was clean and the bed was comfy. I liked the location of the room close to the elevator and pool. The room was quiet with minimal traffic noise. The breakfast was good, basic eggs, sausage, biscuits and other stuff. Easy check in and check out.

Cons:

I didn't like that the air conditioner seems to be a motion sensor or something because if I wasn't in the bedroom or had a light on the air it didn't go on, but luckily I had a box fan so I was able to cool the room fast. The hallways are very hot so waiting for the elevator kinda sucked because it was very hot. The couch wasn't the best and the shower was kinda narrow. But overall I would stay again for the price and size it was just what I needed.
