Everything you could want from a stay in Whitby.
Pros:

Beautiful room. Beautiful view and location. Really was the perfect stay.

Cons:

Couldn’t fault it. Maybe if it was possible to sit in the restaurant for a breakfast and coffee on the morning it would have been ideal. But still it was no real issue.

Pros:

Location,decor.

Cons:

Dust bins under bedroom window,smell from bins,entrance smells,thread bear carpet on stairs ,loose bannister on stairs dodgy sink plug ,unhelpful front of house staff..not luxury as advertised.

Perfect little get away, lovely people, so much to see we need to go back.
Pros:

Beautiful quaint hotel. Lovely staff.
Our room was gorgeous, decor was on point. Little balcony to have your coffee and look over the harbour. Bedroom was upstairs looking over the town and harbour. Bathroom perfect. Clean throughout.
Seagulls a little noisy at times but all part of the charm.
Had a key to the side door so we could come and go when it suited us.
I would definitely go back.

Cons:

It states free parking, there is but you have to get a form from the hotel and find somewhere in a particular zone to park. We stayed 2 days which was okay as that’s the length of the and you have up to 10am on the third day to vacate.
We had read it to think there was a car park. Wasn’t a problem for us, but could be for someone with restricted mobility.

Fabulous location, beautiful accommodation friendly staff excellent price.
Pros:

Perfect view, lovely and clean, prime location. Staff were really helpful, fresh towels when needed and tea/coffee etc. well worth the money definitely go back.

Excellent location but needs upgrade to mach price
Pros:

No Breakfast on Tuesday.

Cons:

Carpets in hallways and stairs were dated and dirty. Room was very warm and no a/c or fan. Bed not great, should be on par with premier inns...bathroom needs maintenance. Toilet flush fitting loose. Bits of black mould in shower.
