Nice but far from city center
Pros:

It's a 15min walk from the station, quite close to the Fushiri Inari.
The room was big enough and comfortable, I was lucky yo have a nice view as well.

The free coffee/tea available 24h at the reception was a nice extra, and you could take the cup to your room. The bathroom was clean and large enough (unfortunately the mirror was positioned a bit low considering I'm 180cm tall). The comments mentioned very thin walls, and that was true. I could hear the Italian family lodging in the room next to me the first night. But I was lucky enough to not have any other persons around my room, so the upcoming nights were extremely quite (that's why the high rate).

Cons:

Even if it's true that is close to the main station and one of Kyoto's main attractions, the hotel is quite far from the city center. So next time, when booking I would rather be 15min away from the station but north rather than south.

The space to open the luggage was a bit tiny but manageable. Finally, it would have been nice to have a long vertical mirror in the room.

Pros:

Het was 10 minuten lopen van kyoto station maar wel de verkeerde kant. Raam die open kan met muggen blok maar alsnog muggen in de kamer

Cons:

Het bed erg hard kussen zo hard je kan er een ruit mee ingooien, ERG kleine badkamer licht in de hal is altijd aan dus dat betekent dat je altijd een kleine laser van licht op je hoofd hebt in bed dankzij het kijkgat in de deur. Airco kan je alleen deels zelf bedienen als het hotel de airco niet op koelen zet zal je je kamer niet kunnen koelen. Mijn airco deed het toch niet. En als de airco aan is knippert er constant een lichtje. Er zijn maar 3 lampen en allemaal groot en vel geen klein lampje voor als je in bed licht alleen oog verblindende lampen alsof god naar beneden komt in flims.

Personnel au top mais prix très élevé selon les périodes
Pros:

Les boissons en libre service et des tables dans le hall pour manger en appoint très pratique. Un personnel au top, un service de bagagerie très efficace

Cons:

Le prix exorbitant début avril, une salle de bain bien trop petite pour 3 personnes

Not a pleasant stay. I wasn’t happy to be told not to turn on cooling when some days were hot. So I had to open the wind

We were told we couldn’t use the cooling in air conditioning. Mirror in bathroom so low I had to bend or kneel to brush my teeth and shave. I’m 182cm tall. Power point not convenient for hair dryer. You can either blow dry your hair or look in the mirror. Can’t do both at the same time.
