スタッフさんが親切。フリードリンクが24時間。京都駅から歩ける。静か。コンビニや飲食店が多い。買ってきたコンビニ弁当を電子レンジで温めてロビーで食べることができる。京阪東福寺駅も徒歩圏内。

Cons:

販売しているパンが高い。テレビのBSは映らない。

安くて清潔なお得な宿
Pros:

リーズナブルで綺麗
トイレバスルームが広かった。
24時間飲めるコーヒーやお茶のサービスが良かった。飲食店も近くにあったので夜も快適でした。

Cons:

専用駐車場が無いので、近くのコインパーキングに停めた。小規模のパーキングが多く、満車の場合探すのが大変かも
喫煙所が外で10:00以降は、入り口にロックが掛かるのでカードキーで入らなければならない。

Excelente custo benefício, quarto limpo e bem confortável. Perfeito para uma estadia em família.
Pros:

Cama confortável, limpo e ainda tinha um Fire Stick na Tv. O que ajudou muito a entreter meu filho.

Cons:

Faltou uma toalha no banheiro, já que éramos em 3. E fica de frente para uma avenida movimentada e as janelas não tinham vedação anti ruído. 4h da madrugada já estava acordada.

Pros:

8月6日のチェックイン時乗って来たバイクの置き場にとても丁寧に対応頂きとても感謝しています。概ね対応出来ないや無理と言われ話すら聞いてもらえない事が多いのに対し宿泊者の立場で考えて頂き嬉しかったです。施設もとても清潔でしたし、値段ととても安かったです。

Cons:

真夏の炎天下京都駅へは10分程かかり移動し疲れましたが真夏でなければ全く問題ない距離でした。場合によってはバスを利用しても良かったのですが。
エアコンの運転音が少し気になった。

連泊におすすめです
Pros:

九条駅から近く、どこへいくにも便利だった。
近くにホルモン焼き屋さんがいっぱいあって、名店のひとつにいけた。

Cons:

壁がうすくて、隣りの部屋の口笛が聞こえました。
でもほっこりした。
