Pros:

A ~15 minute walk from the Kyoto Station, has a Vegan bakery on the ground floor to my surprise. Friendly and accomodative staff. Helped us figure out the luggage transport logistics. Check in clean and simple, check out as well.

Cons:

No clue, everything was to my liking.

ホテルの中にパン屋さん「メルシービーガンベーカリー」があり、朝7時から開店していたのでホテルの外まで食事を買いに行かずに済み、助かりました。美味しいパン屋さんだし、ビーガンだからか外国の御客様もお買い物されていました。
職員の方々が親切で安心して宿泊できました。

Cons:

最初「エリートイン京都駅前」というホテルに間違えて行ってしまいました。ホテル名を間違えた自分が悪いのですが…ホテルの電話番号もわからなくてコンビニ店員さんや交番の警察官に道を教えていただきなんとか京都駅前に戻り、タクシーに乗車してなんとか宿泊先に辿りつけて安堵でぎましたが一時は宿泊先に行けなくなるのではないかと不安な気持ちになりました。宿泊先に到着、チェックインに対応してくださった職員さんの笑顔と親切な対応に不安だった心も癒されました。

Ich werde dort nicht mehr übernachten.

Gratis Getränke in der Lobby, Angestellte sind hilfsbereit und bemüht.

Cons:

Lobby, speziell der Fussboden, über Tage hinweg stark verschmutzt. Das Hotel ist durch die dünnen Wände sehr hellhörig, der Straßenlärm ist sehr laut, sodass man bei den dorthin ausgerichteten Zimmern das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Da offensichtlich kein Staubsauger benutzt wird, habe ich durch den offensichtlich schmutzigen Teppichboden Atemprobleme bekommen. Ein Tag nach dem Checkout waren meine Atemprobleme wieder weg.
