New property immersed in nature
Pros:

The hotel is immersed in the nature, yo can hear the frogs and crickets at night. It has an infinity pool overlooking the rice terraces. The property is also new and very clean, decorated traditionally. Staff and food amazing.

Cons:

The doors and windows aren’t sealed so there’s a space for insects to come in. They don’t have insect nets, but we luckily had an insect travel net that we attached to the wall above the bed to make sure our kids were protected from insects.

Un lieu enchanteur
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable, et ont organisé pour nous des sorties et des taxis, ils ont tous été super. L’emplacement est idéal dans Sidemen, et la vie depuis la piscine est époustouflante. Superbe piscine, jolis bungalows, propres et confortables. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir

Cons:

Même si le bungalow était joli et propre, ils ne sont pas isolés et malheureusement, le notre était placé juste à côté de la cuisine donc c’était un peu bruyant le soir jusqu’à fermeture du restaurant (22h) et le matin à partir de 7h. Mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé plus que cela car nous dormons mas tard le matin

Lieu calme ,la piscine magnifique mais pas vue sur le mont bâtur. Bon petit déjeuner.

Pros:

Das Personal war stets super aufmerksam und freundlich. Die ruhige Lage in Sidemen mit fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants und wunderbarem Blick war super.

Cons:

Wir waren eine Woche als Familie da, und am Ende hat uns etwas mehr Platz auf dem Gelände gefehlt (am Pool ist es schön, aber man ist Recht eng nebeneinander). Für ein paar Tage Zwischenstop und als Ausgang für Ausflüge ist das Hotel aber ideal.

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Kleinere und sehr schöne Anlage im Grünen. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die einem die Wünsche erfüllten. Rund um gelungen Aufenthalt im ruhigen Sidemen. Auch das Restaurant war gut.

Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil, l'hôtel bien situé avec une superbe vue. La chambre est super et bien équipée.

Cons:

Les tarifs des prestations un peu élevés par rapport à la qualité (restaurant, massage, blanchisserie) et la chambre près des cuisines assez bruyantes.

El paraiso dentro del paraiso
Pros:

Lage ist traumhaft, ruhig und schön. Gibt es viele schöne Restaurants in der Nähe aber das Restaurant von hotel ist Super. Personal außergewöhnlich nett. Pool auch wunderschön. Massage am Spa etwas teuer aber sehr gut.

Cons:

Ich habe immer gehört das Bett oder den Boden von meiner Nachbarn.

Fantastisk smukt roligt og fredfyldt sted.
Pros:

Dejlig hytte. Smukt indrettet. God madras. Stort badeværelse. Dejlig terrasse/balkon med dejlige gode sidde møbler. Dejlig udsigt.
Sådan et sted hvor rummet gør at du slapper af og skærper dit nærvær på naturen og omgivelserne.

Personalet var så søde, venlige og imødekommende. Man følte en oprigtigt interesse for deres gæster fra lige det øjeblik man blev taget imod i receptionen og velsignet som den smukkeste gestus jeg har oplevet.

Cons:

I må gerne blive bedre til at informere jeres personale omkring allergier og hvad glutenfri kost er. Og det er faktisk ikke svært at sammensætte en glutenfri option, når man har sat sig ind i hvad gluten er. Og hvordan man kan undgå gluten i maden.

Not sure what management was thinking...
Pros:

Lovely boutique hotel in Sideman with a nice review of the rice fields. Family rooms are perfectly set up for a family of four with one queen and then two single beds in a seperate room. Value was good. Stay would have been wonderful if not for management decision to host party.

Cons:

We booked as it property looked quiet and peaceful. Unfortunately when we checked in we quickly discovered the hotel was hosting their staff Christmas party was occurring at the venue, so there was very loud speakers, speeches, singing in the outdoor restaurant. This all at the same time our family was swimming in the pool. We had planned to dine at the hotel restaurant that night however it was closed for the party. The hotel informed us that it would be a 250k fee to drive 5 minutes to a nearby restaurant

If the hotel had informed us that the staff Christmas party would be hosted on the venue, we could have made alternative plans to stay and/or dine elsewhere.

My advice to management would be to not host staff parties when the hotel is open, or at least give fair warning. The restaurant and pool space are right next to each other, so It felt very awkward to have our family holiday where we're swimming and relaxing directly next to a corporate event.

Great hotel just a bit quiet area for us
Pros:

Staff were great and the bed was very comfortable, and the room air con worked well.

Cons:

the location was a bit secluded for us with limited options surrounding the hotel for drinks / food.

Bien, msis je change d’endroit la prochaine fois
Pros:

Très calme, propre et personnelle attentioné. Apprécié les bénédictions, les activités offertes, yoga 🧘, Ogoh Ogoh, offrandes…

Cons:

Un 3 étoiles qui en fait trop… les échanges, les services, le nombres de personnes, ils veulent bien faire mais tout m’a semblé trop surjoué… difficile d’avoir l’eau fraîche, 2 bouteilles de 350 ml en verre qui chauffe dans la chambre, le cappuccino en sus avec seulement café ou thé noir compris dans le petit dej et une nourriture trop compliqué parfois canon maitrise.
