Pros:

Nous avons passé deux jours fabuleux dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est magnifique et offre une vue imprenable sur les rizières. L’endroit est très calme, idéal pour se reposer. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et la piscine est superbe, avec une vue splendide sur les rizières.

Nous avons également profité d’un massage, qui était vraiment très agréable. Ces deux jours ont été extrêmement reposants. Les chambres sont magnifiques et tout était parfait dans cet hôtel.

Good staff, good location

Cons:

The bed is very noisy and broken. The walls are very thin you can hear everything outside. The insects have very easy access into the room. The AC was not functioning well. The pool is small and not deep. High price for overall experience. The photos are not the same as the reality. I would definitely stay in a villa around the hotel for cheaper and better views.

Good experience
Pros:

Overall the place is very nice, the rooms are a little small but for 1-2 people are ok. The hotel is nice and the employees are super friendly, overall I liked the hotel and the experience. Also the breakfast is good!

Cons:

The prices of the drivers for tours or transfers to another areas are quite expensive compared to other drivers I took in the other hotels

Great memories
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay. What made it truly special was the friendly and helpful staff, who were always welcoming and attentive. The swimming pool was great, the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, and the location was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Cons:

The only minor downside was that the rooms were a little soundproofing-sensitive, and we could occasionally hear noise from outside. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience.

Pros:

Amazing staff really. Extremely kind, fun, professional. Big thanks to them they are all adorable. Including the owner who was there for the annual ceremony.

Cons:

All is great. Only downside is that the rooms are not properly isolated so you clearly hear what’s going on outside (neighbors or staff). It wasn’t an issue for me with earplugs but it was for my family. Other than that very cute,

C’était un séjour agréable à Devani, mais il manquait ce « petit truc » pour rendre le séjour vraiment apaisant et agréa
Pros:

- Certains personnels, comme Juni, étaient merveilleux !
- L’emplacement et la vue de la piscine sont très bien.

Cons:

Plusieurs problèmes qui ont fait que notre séjour n’était pas aussi « paradisiaque » que l’on aurait souhaité :
- Les villas sont très très bruyantes : il n’y a qu’une très fine parois qui sépare certaines chambres et nous avions l’impression que nous vivions presque dans la même pièce que nos voisins assez bruyants. Clairement, si c’est le calme et le repos qui est recherché, je ne recommande pas.
- De manière générale, l’organisation et l’attribution des chambres pourraient être revues
- Le personnel est gentil, mais on sent que c’est assez « forcé » comparé à la gentillesse habituelle des Balinais.
- Le restaurant est cher et la nourriture n’est pas souvent à la hauteur des attentes ou des prix.
- De manière général, les services sont assez chers alors qu’il n’y a pas grand chose aux alentours (donc obligé de prendre leur service) - presque 1 million de roupies pour 1 petit sac de linges :/ ou alors pas de source d’eau potable, et un maximum du 4 bouteilles de 33cl par chambre par jour alors que l’eau n’est pas potable et sans prévenir que ce maximum est en place (sinon c’est facturé un coût excessif pour 1 bouteille)
- Il n’y a pas assez de sunbeds autour de la piscine pour tous les clients.
- Avec un tel prix, on s’attend à un séjour sans prise de tête et pourtant nous nous sommes retrouvés à devoir râler à plusieurs reprises.
- L’assistance attendue de la part de l’hôtel n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous (ils ne répondent pas au téléphone alors qu’ils se vantent d’être « dispo pour tous nos besoins à tout moment »)

It‘s a nice resort and the staff is very forthcoming.
Pros:

The staff was very nice and the little bungalows are pretty.

Cons:

The food wasn‘t good. We didn’t see where the 3* were justified.

Very great stay- comforting and relaxing
Pros:

This is a really amazing resort, very happy with it. Great friendly service, good location close to town, comfortable bed and bathroom.

Cons:

The walls are very thin of the huts. I could hear my neighbour snoring.
