Amazing stay
Pros:

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel and only wish we had booked one more night!

The hotel is small, peaceful, and full of charm. Our beautiful wooden room had a lovely view and gave us a truly authentic Balinese experience.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

We also really enjoyed having dinner at the hotel. The food was delicious, and the breakfast offered an excellent selection every morning.

Everything about our stay was perfect, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sidemen. We hope to come back one day!

Un cadre magnifique et un personnel très attentionné
Pros:

L’emplacement ainsi que l’architecture de l’hôtel sont supers, hôtel intimiste, une douzaine de chambre, un personnel aux soins toujours souriants.
La cuisine du restaurant était bonne et la carte variée.
On adore le point de vue !
Dernier point le SPA est incroyable, et là encore le personnel superbe !

Cons:

2 points sont à relever pouvant être améliorés:
- L’insonorisation des chambres en particulier celle que nous avions proche du restaurant, entre les cuisines, la piscine, les clients et le personnel, nous avions l’impression qu’ils étaient avec nous dans la chambre et ça a partir de 6h30 le matin …
- le volume d’eau chaude qui permet à peine 2 douches chaudes

Insgesamt eine schöne, sehr teure unterkunft, die nur teilweise hält, was sie verspricht.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist freundlich. Das Essen auf der Karte ist lecker. Die gebuchte trekking Tour über die Reisfelder ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Wände sind wirklich sehr dünn und man hört alles, aus dem Nebenzimmern. Ohrstöpsel werden bereit gestellt, helfen aber nur bedingt.
Das Essen und der Spa Bereich sind sehr teuer, man kann günstiger im Ort essen.
Generell sind alle Dienstleistungen wie zb Wäscherei oder Fahrdienste sehr teuer.

Das Frühstück unterscheidet sich in der Qualität extrem vom anderen Essen, wahrscheinlich weil es im Preis inbegriffen ist.

Ich habe eine Tour über das Hotel gebucht, die leider ganz anders als
Vom Hotel dargestellt war. Es haben wichtige Informationen gefehlt und am Ende musste ich viel Geld zahlen, für eine Tour, die ich nicht gemacht habe. Das Hotel versprach mir, dass ich nur die Hälfte zahlen muss, was aber am Ende nicht eingehalten wurde.

Incroyable !
Pros:

Le personnel qui est incroyablement gentil, serviable, souriant, vraiment merci merci de rendre nos vacances aussi agréable c’est un plaisir de decouvrir des personnes aussi gentilles.

Cons:

Je pense que le point négatifs c’est le petit déjeuner que je trouve pas exceptionnel mais c’est vraiment minime.

Hotel exceptionnel
Pros:

Tout. Cadre exceptionnel. La vue depuis la piscine à débordement sur la vallée, l accueil du personnel toujours souriant. Je garde un bon souvenir de notre arrivée avec une petite cérémonie d accueil. La nourriture est soignée et excellente. La literie est extraordinaire.

Cons:

Peut être demandé à être éloigné des cuisines, malheureusement notre chambre était proche d et on entendait tout. Mais le reste était tellement exceptionnel qu on oublie tout.

Excellent stay
Pros:

The personal was very kind and helpful. They arranged the taxi and a motorbike for the day for us, all good and on time.
