Overall, I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located Paris hotel.
Pros:

Hotel Manolita was a wonderful place to stay during my time in Paris. The location was excellent, with easy access to the metro and buses, plus plenty of great restaurants nearby. I loved opening the window to see the beautiful Parisian-style buildings and city views, and the air conditioning was much appreciated after warm days exploring.

The staff went above and beyond, helping with luggage and answering my questions by email before I even arrived, which made the trip much less stressful. The shower had amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water, something I always appreciate after a long day of sightseeing.

It was really warm the morning of my checkout so I stayed and got the continental breakfast which filled me up.

Cons:

There was a slight amount of street noise at times, but it was minimal and never really bothered me.

Wer das lebendige Montmartre liebt, kommt in diesem luxuriösen Hotel voll auf seine Kosten
Pros:

Ein kleines Hotel in außergewöhnlicher Lage direkt am Moulin Rouge unter deutscher Leitung. Das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Kleine Cafés und Restaurants findet ihr in unmittelbarer Nähe, ebenso die Metrostation.

Un bon hotel mais qui se moque de ses clients et ne mérite clairement pas ses 5 étoiles
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, la décoration est agréable et la literie très confortable. L'accès par les transport en commun est assez aisé (station de métro à 50m)

Cons:

On ne va pas dans un hôtel 5 étoiles pour avoir à faire un état des lieux en arrivant, on s'attend à ce que tout ait été vérifié et que tout fonctionne. Ce n'était pas le cas des toilettes japonaises, la douche n'a que peu de pression et le calcaire a transformé la partie cascade en jets désordonnés.
Ensuite un ensemble de petits détails qu'on ne devrait pas remarquer dans ce type d'hôtel : les nappes sur la table du petit déjeuner froissées, le papier à signer à l'arrivée qui est une photocopie de photocopie alors que réimprimer proprement ne doit pas être si compliqué, l'aspirateur passé dans les escaliers alors qu'on petit-déjeune, l'unique pain au chocolat alors que nous sommes en couple (sommes-nous censés le partager en 2 ?)...
Mais la perle a quand même été ledit petit-déjeuner : le pain semble provenir du supermarché local et comble du merveilleux alors que des boulangeries se trouvent tout autour : la brioche (il n'y en avait qu'une là aussi, plutôt un bon point cette fois) et les gaufres industrielles, identiques à celles du goûter des enfants et qui semblent provenir du Monoprix de l'autre côté du carrefour.
Que le business plan de l’hôtel soit de facturer un maximum à des clients étrangers de passage qui ne reviendront jamais est évident mais c'est quand même l'image de la boulangerie française qui en prend un coup simplement pour engranger quelques euros de marge supplémentaires (sur un petit déjeuner à quasiment 30 euros...).
Mention spéciale au personnel qui semble être totalement étranger à la satisfaction de la clientèle.

I don’t do reviews often, but I wanna give a special shoutout to Gabriel, he was incredibly attentive and helpful, even though we arrived early, he took care of us until we checked into our room. Room was very clean, location is amazing.
