Location was good

Cons:

Rooms dated, door was broken and wouldn’t close it had to be replaced. Staff in the restaurants are focused on tips, not the best trained. The fact it’s open to the public and not hotel guests maybe a factor.

Lage toll. Meer und stand traumhaft... Zimmer... lassen zu wünschen übrig...

Tolle Lage. Sehr sauber . Toller Strand. Und guter Service.

Wir hatten eine suite mit Meerblick und whirpool auf Balkon gebucht .Also das höchste was es gab...
Die Fenster waren nicht schliesbar, schief und ausgehängt...Man konnte nicht richtig schlafen das Meer war leider sehr Wellengang lustig und es war windig und wurde dadurch leider wieder immer wach... ohrstöpsel halfen dann....
Kaffee wurde nur nach mehreren Aufforderungen nachgefüllt...
Die armaturen waren undicht , verkalkt und nicht gereinigt.
Der Pool auf der Terrasse hatte lose amaturen

Pros:

Tesiste çalışanlar çok yardımsever, tesiste söylenen tüm olanaklar vardı. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Odanın manzarası denize bakıyordu. Otel tüm restaurantlara yürüme mesafesinde. Mart ayı dolayısıyla yosunlar hem kıyıda hem denizde fazlaydı. Tesis temizleme işlemini düzenli olarak yapsa da mevsimsel olarak denize girilemez. Özellikle tulum bölgesine gidecekler mart ayı için fazla beklentiye girmesin.

Cons:

Tuvaletlerde çok ağır bir kanalizasyon kokusu vardı. Sanırım tulum bölgesinde altyapısal bir sorun
Bölgede sinekler çok fazlaydı gelirken mutlaka sinek ilacı alınmalı.

Great family vacation full of great weather, food, music and history
Pros:

The breakfast was good but could have a few more options. The location was good as its on the beach and close to the restaurants in the evening.

Cons:

The first 5 days we stayed in the family room which was very dated and not the best for the value. From day 5 to 10 we were moved to another building and room which has been renovated recently and was great. The one thing which needs to be discussed are the food prices across the board at the restaurants here and across all of Tulum beach. Also they have major issue with the seaweed which took over the beach and some days you could not go swimming.

Pros:

Frente a la playa, con un cowork y una cocina como servicios incluidos

Cons:

Los precios del bar y restaurant son desproporcionados (una cerveza cuesta el doble que en el centro de Tulum). La música electrónica "oficial" a todo volumen en la playa es invasiva.

La struttura è vicina ad altri locali e negozi ma non ha la ciclabile né il marciapiede di fronte e di notte camminare a lungo e’ complesso
Sono presenti taxi sempre

In alcune stanze si sentono forti rumori esterni
Ci hanno cambiato la stanza su nostra richiesta e sono stati accoglienti e gentili

Best location on the beach, south part
Pros:

Amazing location, the best on Tulum beach, south part, beautiful... If there is a special offer such as: early bird, last minute, black friday - value for money is 10/10. Beach front location for this money is impossible anywhere else.

Cons:

Mia restaurant is ridiculously expensive. Common bathrooms should be renovated asap. Security was much more serious few years ago.

Lindo hotel para un par de días ! Comer en Tulum es bastante caro

El entorno y la belleza de la playa con su arena fina , blanca y las infaltables palmeras

En realidad nos pareció un poco caro el precio por los servicios prestados. El desayuno rico pero muy básico
