Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel, habitacion amplia, el desayuno completo y variado!! resalta el tener una piscina techada para el clima de Canela hace que puedas usar sin problemas todo el año.

Excelentes instalaciones, limpieza y el desayuno super completo y muy rico.

Cons:

Cenamos dos veces en el restaurante del hotel, un día estuvo muy bien; a la vez siguiente bajo bastante la calidad, no sabemos si hubo un malentendido con el pedido o que, pero no estaba rico. De todos modos la atención siempre fue muy buena y el precio nada caro para los precios que se manejan en Gramado/Canela

Pros:

Hotel impecável. Estrutura nova, infraestrutura completa. Limpeza, atendimento, café, instalações da piscina, jacuzzi, lindas, limpas, quarto grande, extremamente limpo e confortável. Como fomos na Páscoa estava bem cheio o hotel, mas ele comporta de forma excelente mesmo assim. Nossa filha estava de aniversário e foi tratada igual uma princesa, foi inesquecível.
