Pros:

The location and the room size was good, staff was nice, ski room on the slope.
Bed was comfortable

The worst hotel in my life !

I stayed three nights at Hotel Crystal and it was honestly one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had in many years.

The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location in the mountains. Beyond that, the reality is shocking. The rooms are extremely outdated, worn out and look like they have not been properly renovated in decades. Nothing about them comes close to justifying the price being charged.

I was billed €450 per night for a room that, in its current condition, would realistically be worth no more than €150. Charging luxury-level prices for such poor and outdated accommodation feels completely unreasonable.

The breakfast was honestly the worst I have ever experienced in a hotel. The coffee was barely drinkable. For a hotel asking these prices, serving something like this is simply unacceptable.

The management seemed polite and friendly, but politeness does not fix the fundamental problems: outdated rooms, extremely poor breakfast and pricing that is completely disconnected from the actual quality.

In its current state, this hotel is massively overpriced and very far from the standards it pretends to offer. There are many far better places to stay in the area for a fraction of the price. I strongly recommend that travelers look elsewhere.

Pros:

Sehr guy gelegen, direkt an der Piste. Sehr nettes Personal.

Cons:

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal renoviert und modernisiert werden. Leider kein Restaurant vorhanden.
