The whole experience was good

Cons:

Only confusion was the gaurd at the front not sure what building our unit was in however he asked a colleague once the traffic died down and there was no issue friendly and to the point great service

A pleasant stay with clean comfortable rooms just be prepared to pay for pool use and parking if you drive
Pros:

The staff are pleasant the guards are very helpful the room is clean tidy and relaxing everything you need. As stated it is close to shops and food stalls. There are 2 pools you can use

Cons:

The pool even though authorised to use it you still have to pay 100 pesos a person per day and the larger pool if busy you will be refused the use off due to it being for tower 1.
Also not mentioned anywhere is the water allocation you are given only so much water if you go over that allowed amount you will be left without any as we were on our last day. Our toilet broke and I believe continued to flush while we slept so upon waking we found the water off

Perfect place, Good Price, easy Communication and relaxing view samal.
Pros:

1. Cleanliness 10 🙏 Ice cold aircondition.
2. Organize and aesthetic.
3. View - Samal Island
4. Staff respectful and helpful.
5. Everything there is in the apartment that you can basically used for cooking.
6. Market for fish, meat and grocery 24/7 .
7. Transportation is easy and location is prime.
8. Easy communicate and easy check inn instruction.

Exceptionally stress free location, comfortable, convenient and superb experience.
Pros:

The location is close to the market. Hassle free for any transportation and very near to the ferry going to Samal island as well as to airport. Convenience for first time travellers. Worth the price.

Cons:

I cannot think of any negative comment regarding my stay. Everything is superb. Very clean, the host is responsive with all the queries that I had and helpful as well in arranging itineraries.
