Cons:

La chambre n’est pas nettoyé malgré que j’avais réservé pour 3 nuits.
Les serviettes , draps et autres non remplacés.

Location and employees.

Cons:

There was no chicken or beef salami during breakfast, only pork, a big minus. Also the food was not marked so that you have to ask what you are actually eating. Breakfast is various and good actually.

Varsovia si Jess Hotel no

El hotel está super bien ubicado en el corazón de Varsovia. El desayuno estaba espectacular y lo varían todos los días, además la atención que nos dio Bono fue del 10. Por último, la tarde del 24 nos atendió muy bien el recepcionista sobre algunas de nuestras dudas sobre transporte.

Cons:

Nada más llegar al hotel, el recepcionista de esa tarde no nos dio una calida bienvenida y tampoco se preocupó de ver que había reservado ya que nos ofreció pagar el buffet cuando ya lo teníamos incluido.
La habitación que aparece en las imágenes no es la misma, de hecho es mucho más pequeña. Tiene poca insonorización, por lo que si te la dan de cara a la calle lo escuchas todo, tanto la cama como la almohada son incómodas y a las 5 am ya te despiertas por la luz que entra, ya que las cortinas son finas.
Otra incomodidad que tuvimos es que hay una sala de conferencias pegada a las habitaciones. Una de las noches estuvimos escuchando portazos cada vez que entraban y salian hasta las 21.30 pm
