Warsaw in relax
Pros:

Ottimo hotel per visitare Varsavia, circondato da bar e ristoranti c'è l' imbarazzo della scelta appena usciti. Il castello è proprio di fronte così come la fermata dell' autobus. Tutto quello che si può desiderare in vacanza a portata di mano. La colazione ottima. Il personale gentile, l' utilizzo dell' idromassaggio è compreso nel pernottamento su prenotazione. Il letto molto comodo. Quello che viene indicato come divano letto è un letto singolo molto comodo! Perfetta l' illuminazione c'è anche la luce di cortesia se non si vuole dormire al buio. Ottima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima che dopo il check out. Consigliatissimo!!!

Cons:

Vero è che c' è odore di cucina ma superabile. Qualche rumore. Qualche imprecisione nella pulizia ma tutto ok!

Lokalizacja była super i bardzo dobre śniadania. Obsługa również bardzo miła. W pokoju hotelowym była względna cisza.

Cons:

Nieczynna sauna parowa, słaba jakość wody w jacuzzi oraz brak parkingu przy hotelu.

Po pierwsze to lokalizacja bo blisko do Zamku Królewskiego i kościoła Św Anny z wieżą widokową. Można również spacerkiem dojść do kancelarii Prezydenta RP. Po drugie to personel i podejście obsługi do klienta na najwyższym poziomie i zawsze z kulturą. Po trzecie to blisko różne restauracje z różnego rodzaju jedzeniem wiec każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie

Cons:

W środku nocy dostałem kartę do zajętego pokoju. Ponieważ był to ostatni wolny pokój recepcja zamiast mnie o tym poinformować, zwrócić pieniądze zajęła się szukaniem winnego. Po 40 minutach i stanowczej reakcji, że mam już dosyć, żądam zwrotu pieniędzy i chcę wyjść przyznała, że nie ma innego pokoju i mogę dostać zwrot. Strata czasu. Już dawno byłbym w łóżku w innym hotelu.

Lo mejor del Hotel fué la ubicacion.Diría excelente.La atencion de los chicos de recepción Muy buena,especialmente Mohadeb.

Cons:

La habitación además de pequeña no era funcional.El colchon estaba vencido.Un costado de la cama no tenía mesa de luz.En general no era confortable y muy pequeña.

Comfortable stay, superb location
Pros:

The location is superb, right next to the old town. We were able to find parking on a street about 200-300 meters away, it costed about a euro an hour. Parking in the city is paid on working days from 8 to 18 (or smth similar to that).

The room was clean, bed was comfortable and staff was friendly.

Cons:

We got a room with the window to the inner yard with huge ventilation pipes. We were able to sleep alright, but you could hear them buzzing with windows closed and, well, there was no city view. Room wasn’t big, with the door basically opening into the bed, but it was comfortable and a good value for money.
