Well-maintained beautiful room in great location
Pros:

The room was very beautiful and well looked after, and the location near Galata tower was great.

Cons:

Note that 'courtyard view' is not really true - the windows open out onto just a narrow 1m gap between two buildings.

Excellent location, beautiful charming room and extremely welcoming staff.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Some people left reviews saying there can be a lot of street noise, this was not my experience.

Cons:

Sound proofing between our room and the room upstairs was not great. One evening we could “hear” the neighbours upstairs.

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the hotel and staff were very helpful and supportive. Recommended!
Pros:

Fabulous hotel with beautiful rooms. Quiet, comfortable and private. Great location with access to the Galata bridge and beyond.

Staff attentive and welcoming.

Enjoyed the breakfast for 3 mornings in the main hotel (a short walk) was the views from the rooftop restaurant were amazing and the selection was very good.

Cons:

2 breakfasts in the Stone Inn was a lot more intimate which was nice but with limited selection. However, I'm sure if I'd asked they would have provided some other choice on request.

Because it’s a heritage listed property, the walls / roof were quite thin and you could hear the people walking / talking in the room above

Pros:

Für was es 5 Sterne gab ist mir unklar
Die Einrichtung war schick und hat optisch ansprechend ausgesehen.
Freundliches Personal
Service per Telefon war gut.

Cons:

Der Abfluss in der Dusche war sehr schlecht.
Der Boden war in die falsche Richtung verlegt. Beim duschen stand man im eigenen Wasser, was äußert unangenehm war.
Das Waschbecken war ekelig und nicht sauber, da war ein schmutzfilm entlang der Fugen.
Das Licht im Bad war schlecht positioniert.
Bei einem elektrischen Teil in der Wand, wurde die Wand mit einem papier klebeband angeklebt.
Wir sind erwachsen und erkennen die Gefahr aber für ein neugieriges Kind kann das schnell gefährlich werden.
Parken in der Nähe war nicht möglich.
Auf Anfrage ob man stornieren kann, wurde abgelehnt.
Somit mussten wir in der Unterkunft gezwungenermaßen bleiben.

A place that simply reflects the true spirit of Istanbul, welcoming, elegant and cozy
Pros:

There’s a lot of what I liked about the property, from the convenient location, to the amazing interior and the helpful staff, the whole experience was just so unique and warm, everything made me feel like I don’t have to worry about anything.

Cons:

Nothing I didn’t like, everything was perfect.

Parfait emplacement et personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

Le personnel de l’hôtel était extrêmement gentil et à l’écoute. La literie était excellente !

Cons:

Dommage que l’hôtel n’ait pas d’extérieur et que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas en buffet, il est servi directement à table mais du coup beaucoup d’aliments sont gâchés.

Tolle kleine Suite in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Suite war schön leise und doch sehr zentral gelegen. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Everything was perfect.
Pros:

The character and design of the building. Every detail is thought about. Kind and warm staff like Umut , he honestly couldn’t do enough for us. The quality of the bathroom wash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner was such a nice touch. I loved the product so much I sourced it and purchased some to take home. The bed was extremely comfortable. Room was clean and the re was absolutely no noise at night . Location was great with restaurants nearby . We will be back .
