Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff, large room with quality furnishings. Beautiful building and room design.

Cons:

Breakfast was unavailable at the property and could only be taken at a sister hotel around the block.
No other hotel facilities - room only.

The hotel sits in a strategic spot, easy to reach every corner of the city without wasting time. The staff was genuinely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cozy and welcoming. Would recommend.

Breakfast needs improvement for a five-star standard: it’s served at a nearby hotel rather than on-site, which wasn’t clearly communicated at booking. The selection could also be expanded, especially given the rich Turkish pastry tradition worth showcasing. The breakfast staff, however, was warm and attentive.

We had a wonderful time the Stone Inn is a keeper
Pros:

The breakfast was great, small plates of this and that, very Turkish. The service was excellent. The location was also excellent, it’s a short but steep walk up to Galata Tower and all the lively and loud restaurants, close, but did not impact the hotel.

Cons:

I liked it all, it’s a boutique, about 4 units, all well appointed in tastefully done stone and copper. The neighborhood down hill is comprised of many hardware stores. It’s a short walk to the tram which can take you to the Blue Mosque, etc. Don’t let anyone help you with the tram tickets at the kiosk, they’re scammers and will charge your card to some free tram rides for themselves. Also I highly advise hiring a tour for the sites in Sultanahmet. You get an excellent guide and you cut the lines.

Relaxing getaway
Pros:

Fantastic style and aesthetic. Really beatiful room, modern with high end furniture and materials. Definetly recommend for a romantic trip to Instanbul. Additionally it's really close to Galata tower and other areas like Karakoy and Galata bridge. There are so many ways to travel around from metro to tram and even taxi.

Cons:

Nothing negative to report.

Pros:

Çalisanlar çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Otelin ve odaların dizaynına bayıldık. Herşey çok çok şık ve kaliteliydi. Temizlik mükemmeldi. Hatta küpemi kaybetmiştim, temizlik esnasında bulmuşlar, masanın üzerine koymuşlardı. Konumu muhteşem. Galata Kulesi'ne yürüyerek birkaç dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Taksi de kapının önüne kadar gelebiliyor. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz biryer.

Pros:

Все понравилось.Расположение удобное для туристов. Очень чистый номер. Есть все, что нужно для комфорта. Фен, утюг, гладильная доска в номере. Удобный матрас, да и в целом очень уютно и стильно. Заботливый персонал, включенный в нужды гостя. Обязательно порекомендую.

La colazione fantastica ed anche la simpatia e la professionalità dell'uomo che la preparava
Vorrei ricordare le stesse qualità nel ragazzo giovane alla reception
In ambedue abbiamo apprezzato l'ottimo inglese
La posizione eccezionale, comoda per tutto !!

Cons:

In camera l'acqua del lavandino scendeva solo fredda
Si poteva fare uscire calda solo lasciando scorrere acqua calda dalla doccia
La reception, sempre molto gentilmente, ci ha informato che conoscono il problema , sembra legato ai tubi troppo sottili
Ma e' un discomfort che mina un po' il rapporto qualità/ prrzzo

Plusuri evidente, dar și minusuri greu de ignorat
Pros:

Hotelul este amplasat central, ceea ce îl face convenabil pentru explorarea Istanbulului. Hotelul are doar 4 camere, ceea ce oferă o atenție sporită din partea personalului, care se interesează constant dacă totul este în regulă sau dacă ai nevoie de ceva. Băiatul care servește micul dejun este deosebit de ospitalier (Murat). Camera a fost curată. Prosoapele și halatele au un miros plăcut și sunt de calitate. Camera este dotată cu un televizor mare, iar suportul rotativ al acestuia permite vizionarea atât din zona de living, cât și din pat – un detaliu practic pe care nu l-am mai întâlnit în alte hoteluri. Stilul vintage al hotelului mi-a plăcut, având un aer unic și un decor atent realizat. Micul dejun este tradițional, iar cafeaua servită de Murat – atât cea turcească, cât și espresso – a fost foarte gustoasă.

Cons:

Nu am simțit că experiența generală se ridică la standardul unui hotel de 5 stele. În cameră nu am găsit zahăr pentru cafea, deși există aparat dedicat, ceea ce mi s-a părut un detaliu important lipsă. Consider că prețul este ușor supraevaluat raportat la experiența oferită. Locația este într-adevăr foarte bună, aproape de Turnul Galata și alte atracții importante, însă cartierul în sine nu mi s-a părut printre cele mai plăcute. Camera nu oferă priveliște – fereastra dă direct spre peretele unei alte clădiri. Micul dejun este interesant, în stil turcesc tradițional, însă cred că se repetă zilnic; pentru mine personal a devenit monoton chiar din a doua zi (aspect ce ține și de preferințele personale). Izolația fonică este slabă, iar zgomotul de pe stradă se aude destul de puternic noaptea. A existat și o mică neînțelegere legată de plata sejurului, rezolvată ulterior. De asemenea, nu am avut apă caldă la chiuvetă. Din aceste motive, nu pot oferi calificativ maxim.

اولاً بجانب برج غلطه والمطاعم والكافيات قريبه جدا منه وأفضل شي بالمكان المساحه تبع الغرف كبيره ومرتبه وتجنن والفندق عباره عن 4 غرف والإفطار والموظفين جداً مدومين ومحترمين في التعامل والابتسامه
