Highly cozy and comfortable. Helpful staff/stewards.
Pros:

Spacious, cozy, great lighting options, clean, new appliances & hygiene kits, and nice bathroom. Even the sofa bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in. Great choice for a group of 3-5. Low floor as well so short ride up the elevator. And the unit is near the elevator also.

Cons:

Kinda tricky to get to without instructions. Tower 2 is located at the back entrance, need to walk a little bit. I recommend taking a transport service from MOA (like an e-trike).

Very Good location but small space
Pros:

The location is great and the price is very good value for money.

Cons:

The space is quite cramped.
We struggled to connect to wifi on arrival which is not great in a foreign country. The security guard had to help us call the host so we can get the log in details.

Convenient and very clean
Pros:

Cozy, clean, and well equipped. great for a group of 4-5 friends.

Cons:

Very minor, signal was not great in the building and we weren’t able to connect to the wifi. But since we were only there for a night it was a very minor inconvenience.

A SUPERB HOME AWAY FROM HOME
Pros:

The apartment was very comfortable; it was like the feeling of 'staying at home away from home'. The apartment was clean with all amenities in good condition. Service, location, and accessibility are perfect. On top of it, we feel safe as the whole complex is full of securities.

We were transfered to another appartment because of ac problem.It was bigger and closer to mall of asia,the only problem

there's room for improvements
Pros:

- 2 rooms that have both comfortable beds..even the sofa bed outside
- 2 AC topped the stay
- linen smells good
- spacious CR
- fast internet
- dining table is good
- responsive team, but may take minutes
- easy check in and out
- super lapit sa elevator (added plus points)

Cons:

- malayo pala sa smx, para saken to na hindi pala lakad..its a good 15 to 20 mins walk
- grab, 6 mins ride
- the sink in the bathroom takes a while to drain..but sa shower area, its ok
- no hair dryer
