Pros:

Das Zimmer ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und für zwei Personen groß genug. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Checkin war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage zwischen verschiedenen U-Bahnstationen war für sämtliche Unternehmungen super.

La ubicación.

Cons:

El aseo era una cabina de 1 metro cuadrado viejo y pequeño, la cama era antigua y hacia ruido, el colchón era incomodo y viejo, no sé los apartamentos superiores pero la habitación con cama doble era un garaje con muebles viejos convertido en habitación por un precio nada razonable, una experiencia realmente mala por un precio desorbitado, nada recomendable.

Extremely comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Close to three major stations and three convenience stores. Lots of restaurants next door and within a minute walk. The room was well furnished and had everything needed. Clean floors, sheets, towels, bathroom and shower. Felt personal and roomy like an actual house rather than a cramped hotel room. The host was very responsive to questions and very helpful. It was the perfect area for a short or long stay, and easily accessible by foot, train and taxi. The WiFi was strong, the AC could be used for heating, there was a fridge, freezer, washing machine available, and enough amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Good location, very clean and the host was very responsive.

Cons:

Slightly dated, not much room for suitcases, there was also nowhere to hang clothes inside. Be weary the staircase is very narrow and steep up to the studio.

L’appartamento è situato in una stradina poco trafficata per cui è possibile riposare in pace sopratutto dopo una giornata piena ed intensa in giro per Tokyo. La casa presenta ogni tipo di servizio, forno, boiler, frigo, freezer, asciuga capelli, asciugamani puliti, extra cuscini, ciabattine, posate, piatti e tutto il necessario per igiene personale. Quello che più però mi è piaciuto è l’accoglienza, la disponibilità e la gentilezza da parte dello staff che ha saputo accogliere ogni mia esigenza con tranquillità e serenità. Grazie ancora!!!!

Pros:

For the price and size of our group (4) this was the perfect spot! The location is near a train station that easily gets you to Harajuku and other popular spots, and so close to Golden Gai! Absolutely loved this place- the staff was also amazing in helping us drop off our bags before check in.

Pros:

The location is excellent! There's a 7/11 and a Lawson's very close by and the Golden Gai is about a 10 min walk away. The place is on the smaller side, which is expected in a prime location in Tokyo, however for two people it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Check-in was super smooth, and the host is very responsive as well. I would definitely stay here again!
