Keke and Teal were great. Location was quiet and perfect beach stay while I worked for the hotel before flying to Puerto
Pros:

The location is bar none and a nice walk along the beach and super close to everything!

Cons:

The only struggle was parking honestly.

Pros:

My adult son and I stayed at Arvilla for 2 nights. I liked having 2 separate bedrooms.
The corner unit was spacious and can accommodate 4 comfortably. It comes with a kitchen and sitting area.

Cons:

The coffee maker was supplied with coffee for one night. but no cream or sweetener. A selection of coffee/tea would have been nice. It would also have been nice to provide guests with beach chairs.

We thought the room was comfortable and clean. we liked the frig , everything was in good shape.
Pros:

Loved being on beach

Cons:

Since no one on site, we were concerned about our room door being left unlocked to let us in after 6pm (but everything worked out fine).

I've never seen my kids so happy. It was an absolute blast!
Pros:

Right on the beach with the cutest setup. We had the suite and it was like an apartment with a beach vibe right by the pool. I wish I could bring the beds back with us. They were so comfortable. Angie at the desk was the most helpful person I've ever met. We will be back for sure.

Cons:

I wouldn't of changed a thing!

Great experience, enjoyed the stay and the room has great potential with a few adjustments
Pros:

The location was great and the ability to walk to the beach was great. The room was super clean and the TVs were much appreciated.

Cons:

The kitchen is too small no counter space or a table to put things on during stay or while cooking. The beds were not so great, the corners were caving in making us feel like we were gonna wake up on the floor. We also had trouble with limited parking as some other guests had more than 1 car parked on the property with no passes.
