Pros:

近くにレストランやバーが多く、ロケーションが良い。オープンして間もないようで、清潔感があった。スタッフも親切で、目的地までの行き方を丁寧に教えてくれた。朝ご飯が良かった。

Cons:

エレベーターが階段の途中にあるので使いにくい。(一度も使わなかった)部屋に冷蔵庫が無かった。

Un hotel muy acogedor

La estancia en el hotel ha sido extraordinaria. La habitación, muy confortable y con detalles que valoramos mucho (la cafetera, la botella de agua, las chocolatinas...
La habitación era amplia y muy bien decoradas. El desayuno ha sido abundante y muy tipo, y para el equipo de empleados un diez.
Sé que el comentario es un poco superlativo, pero ni mi mujer ni yo tenemos nada que ver con el establecimiento y sus dueños. Ha sido la primera vez que hemos ido y estamos agradecidos porque nos han tratado muy bien.
Sólo una pega, por decir algo.Sería conveniente que se viese en la TV de la habitación más canales en español, además de TVE y la TV gallega. Gregorio.

Cons:

Al margen de lo de la tele, la cama -acogedora y mullida-es un poco alta y los visitantes de estatura media tenemos alguna dificultad en sentarnos en ella o abrochado los zapatos.

Parfait pour un séjour de courte durée
Pros:

Chambre spacieuse, très bonne literie, emplacement au top, tout peut être fait à pied

Cons:

Dommage que pour le petit déjeuner nous ne pouvions pas choisir ce que l’on voulait. On nous a servi des croissants et une pâtisserie à la noix de coco, ce qui ne convenait pas forcément.

Pros:

A localização é boa, bem perto da rua Augusta, fizemos quase tudo a pé. O quarto é amplo e a cama muito confortável.

Cons:

O elevador é antigo e lento, mas o hotel não foi autorizado a substituir por ser um prédio histórico. Mesmo tendo elevador, é necessário usar a escada para subir ou descer dos quartos, pois os andares que o elevador para é diferente andar dos quartos, como se fosse um “meio andar”. O andar “zero” do elevador é acessado por escadas. Assim, prepare para subir/descer alguns degraus.

Just what we wanted a very central location
Pros:

Amazing breakfast next door. Almost an afternoon tea !!
Tables a little small for all the items but in view of the number of hotel rooms they did very well

Cons:

We were on the first floor and although there was a good handrail on the first set of stairs there was no handrail on the second set. As a Septuagenarian a handrail provides some comfort and confidence.

Best hotel in Lisbon
Pros:

We loved our stay at Once Upon Lisboa. The best place we have stayed in all of Lisbon. The staff were amazing, the bed was super comfortable and amazing after a long day of traveling. The breakfast was insanely good and so much! Nothing but great things to say about staying here if you can.
