Chambre spacieuse, un personnel au petit soin, belle surprise du surclassement à l’arrivée !!
Petit déjeuner copieux et de très belle qualité, petit plus : le bar à vin très cosy et le welcome drink qui offre une dégustation pour un soir du séjour. Hôtel très bien situé au cœur de la ville. À faire absolument.

Nice new clean rooms. Lovely staff. Would be nice if there were tea/coffee facilities in the room.
Really nice and spacious room an very friendly staff. The location was really central and made it so easy to get around - we walked everywhere. The staff we excellent and went the extra mile to make my girlfriends birthday special. The breakfast was also very nice every morning.
Ho apprezzato particolarmente la colazione (spettacolare), il drink gratuito di benvenuto (per niente scontato) e la disponibilità dello staff nel momento in cui abbiamo avuto un problema con l’acqua calda nel nostro bagno (ci hanno fatto cambiare stanza dandoci un upgrade).
Nulla, sono stati tutti davvero gentili e disponibili, l’hotel storico, pulito, profumato. Da tornarci :)
La habitación es enorme y el hotel está muy bien situado. Todo muy cómodo y limpio. El desayuno muy contundente.
El ascensor es demasiado lento.

The room was very spacious and clean. bed was very comfortable.
The location is great - 2 minutes walk to the main streets, but still very quite.
Breakfast was very good. Staff were nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Новая покраска, в душе все новое и красиво. Свежие каждый день белые полотенца. Персонал очень очень дружелюбный и внимательный. Интерьер романтический. Близко центр, и рядом рестораны с шикарной кухней.
Но! Осторожно с обувью. У входа тротуар каменный, с каблуками невозможно ходить. И у входа тротуар под наклоном.
В целом, супер отдохнули! Прямо рекомендую!
Нужно чуть с вентиляцией в душевой решить 😁
И ещё бы зеркало в полный рост повесить
It's a lovely 'rooms with breakfast' space, the rooms are big bright airy and the beds sooo comfy. The staff are friendly and if you eat all which they give you for breakfast, you won't have to eat again during the day. You can walk everywhere in town from here.
We picked it due to stunning photos and because they advertised as being a hotel, with spa, massage, live music, concierge, room service and tea and coffee facilities. It's not a hotel, it's lovely rooms with breakfast. On booking we received an email 'reminding' us it was a "soft opening", we heard those words a lot, where some services were not available. But none of that was on their advert. There is no spa, no massage, no concierge, no room service, no live music and only coffee making facilities in the room, no tea. When we asked about all of that, yes!! You got it, 'soft opening', That excuse was being used last year as can be seen in reviews. If we had known there was no spa etc etc we wouldn't have booked. Although the room, bedding, bathroom etc were all appearing clean, on the last day I dropped something on the floor and when I looked under the bed it was full of stour and dust. The bathrooms need an extractor, as condensation builds up and one had nothing that disguises noises, if you get my drift. It is a lovely place, but they need to be honest about what they do and don't offer and move on from their "soft opening" A note to the owners; what you give for breakfast on the stand is way two much and most went to waist each day and it became boring. Why not put less and change or do buffet style.

Very good breakfast taken in pleasant cafe around the corner as Hotel still in the ‘opening phase ‘ ie .no dining facilities on site as yet .

Didn’t have tea making facilities in the room as advertised. After asking a couple of times we were eventually provided with a kettle and cups ,and a couple of unusual scented tea bags ,luckily we had taken some of our own and bought milk locally which lasted well considering no fridge in the room.
Personally did not like the ‘bathroom arrangement ‘ in our room.The sink area was separate to the toilet , and then a separate shower without door or curtain .
No shelves for toiletries .
