Great location to explore Lisbon.
Pros:

Great location. Everything within walking distance. Staff friendly. We had 2 double rooms. One was considerably smaller than the other, but the smaller one had windows onto a side street, so natural light. The other room looked inwards and the window was screened.
Breakfast was in a cafe - clearly connected to the hotel next door. There were pastries, yoghurt, cheese, fruit etc available. We were there 3 nights. Clearly the pastries, bread were not replenished daily. By morning 3 some of it was quite stale.

Cons:

Nothing.

Très bon séjour, mais une grande faiblesse au niveau salle de bain.

L'accueil et le personnel très sympathique et prévenant
L'excellente situation au cœur de la ville

Cons:

Il n'y avait pas de salle de bain au sens traditionnel, mais une douche et un cabinet de toilette de part et d'autre des toilettes. Il n'était pas mentionné que la douche et le cabinet de toilette ne possédaient pas de porte (Ouverts sur le chambre) et il n'y avait absolument rien dans le cabinet de toilette, pas la moindre tablette, pour poser ne serait-ce qu'une trousse de toilette.
Il nous a été fourni une petite table qui devrait être l'équipement minimum en permanence.

Tudo. O hotel no casarão antigo é lindo, o quarto que fiquei era ótimo, cama confortável, enxoval excelente. Ótimo café da manhã, funcionários super educados, simpáticos e disponíveis.

Pros:

Localização excelente! O espaço é lindo, num prédio antigo restaurado. Decoração de muito bom gosto. Sempre perfumado e muito arrumado. Funcionários simpáticos e muito gentis. Café da manhã delicioso e lindamente servido.

Cons:

Poderia ter uma porta de vidro no box do banheiro e o chuveiro estava com um vazamento no cano.

Pros:

staff was very friendly. location was very good. the room was also quite big, but mansard room and in most places not possible to stand straight.

Cons:

elevator was just terrible, never have seen such a slow elevator. also before elevator and after you have to carry one floor on stairs the laggage. also breakfast was quite poor one... could be more choice. even orange juice was over when we came down on the agreed time by the way.

Beautiful hotel, brilliant location & very friendly staff.
Pros:

Perfect location, delicious breakfast, super friendly staff, beautiful rooms & very unique hotel. Special shootout to Luisa in the wine bar & the team of 3 in the breakfast spot.

Cons:

Beautiful, modernly renovated hotel but old pipes so the noise rattles through every room every time someone flushes the toilet or takes a shower

Excellent location and the friendliest staff
Pros:

Firstly all the staff were amazing , genuinely helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and clean with good aircon. Fantastic location. Close to lots of sites and transport links but didn’t feel hectic. The wine bar (and free welcome wine) was a lovely surprise. Breakfast was very tasty.

Cons:

The bar area felt very quiet and would have been nice to have more atmosphere. With such nice wines to try I would have spent more time there if more energy. As per other comments a full length mirror would be helpful.
