We had an amazing time
Pros:

Location was perfect for our 3 day city break.
Everything we wanted to do and see was close at hand.
Abundance of lovely restaurants nearby.
Staff at the hotel could not do enough.

Cons:

Only small niggle was that the only mirror available was in the bathroom.
I felt that a mirror (with a plug socket nearby) would be welcome in the main bedroom/hall.

Pros:

The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with our room (handle on bathroom door broke) and they moved us to a different room (bigger and nicer!!). The breakfast in the cafe next door was good.
Definitely recommend

Cons:

There was only one mirror in the room, in the bathroom but it would be more convenient to have one in the room itself for drying hair, make up etc while the other person is in the shower.

A gem of a hotel
Pros:

An excellent hotel with great attention to detail. The staff were very welcoming. The bedroom was very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was very good too.
We would definitely stay hear next time we are in Lisbon.

For a fabulous stay choose Once Upon Lisboa.
Pros:

It was a wonderful stay from the friendly, helpful staff, the clean and comfortable room, the delicious breakfast. Everything was perfect. The shower was amazing. If I get to Lisbon again, I will definitely be staying here.

Great experience
Pros:

The location, room, cleanliness, and breakfast were all great. But what made this place truly exceptional was the staff (particularly Ana). It was our first visit to Lisbon and they were very welcoming and helpful regarding where to visit, where to eat, how to get around. We highly recommend staying here. I usually don't write reviews but am doing so this time because of the exceptional experience.
