Lovely place to stay!
Pros:

Extremely Vibey, the lobby smelled great when we arrived and is beautifully decorated. The roof deck is just a lovely place to hang out and the cocktails are great. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the room has a mini bar, Nespresso coffee maker and a tea kettle. The location is awesome for exploring downtown and all the wonderful restaurants. Coffee shop is downstairs and the cappuccino was top notch !

Cons:

Room was a little small for two people at 200+ sq feet, we laughed about it as we had to turn to the side to pass. Bathroom has a clear glass door that is open at the top so is a little tricky if you don’t know each other well! There are some nice bathrooms on property so wasn’t an issue for us.

Thank you! This was a beautiful experience. I extended my stay an extra four days. The staff is so kind!
Pros:

The architecture and interior design is unmatched. It’s stunning. It’s also a five minute walk to every- no need for a car. Ubers are so cheap if you want to go to the beach ($5-15).

Cons:

It can be noisy but they have ear plugs and it’s on rare occasions when they have events - and they tell you. There’s a cafe near the lobby so you can always enjoy coffee or treats then go back to your room and a rooftop bar.

El hotel se convierte como discoteca a las 7 de la mañana

La alberca y su agua caliente

Cons:

Se indica que llegando, se ofrece una bebida « signature welcome drink » pero solo es agua.
La decisión del hotel de poner música súper fuerte a las 7 de la mañana para celebrar una carrera que pasa en la ciudad. Qué buena idea! Qué bueno sentirse en una discoteca tan temprano cuando el objetivo de un hotel es dormir y descansar. Además que este evento ni siquiera es para los huéspedes sino para los corredores. También demuestra que el hotel no tiene buena aislamiento acústico ya que se escucha la gente hablar desde la habitación. Bajamos a la recepción para decirlo y el mensaje fue « pues aguanten ».

Me gustó que tuvieran extras como plancha, crema corporal, café, té y también tenían otro tipo de bebidas con costo adicional. Y en caso de que quieras hacer tours, también ellos pueden ayudarte

Cons:

Unos chicos vomitaron en la piscina, me hubiera gustado que alguien del staff les hubiera dicho algo, no sé si se dieron cuenta pero espero que sí.

very lovely boutique hotel in the heart of san jose del cabo!
Pros:

This hotel is located in the heart of the artsy downtown and it's so cute! The staff is so kind and helpful. They just opened when we arrived, so there are a couple kinds to work out, but I think they will be an amazing boutique hotel. I hope that they keep the attention to detail and customers even as they grow and get busier.

Cons:

Our only issue was the parking garage because our rental car was so low to the ground it scraped on the entrance and exit, even at an angle. I feel this would be an issue with a lot of the small rental cars. No major damage was done, but it was a bit stressful since it was a rental.

This new hidden gem of Cabo is an absolute outlier, there is no concept like it in the city and finally we have a well designed boutique hotel to come to every time we visit!
The staff is great and rooftop pool was a nice surprise!
