Pros:

受付の方の対応はみなさん良く、部屋は綺麗で、ベッドマットはフカフカだし、枕が固いのと、柔らかめと2種類あるのは、心遣いが素晴らしいと思った。シャワーの水圧も申し分なかった。電子レンジが部屋に常備は一番決め手でありがたかった。三田駅近く、コンビやスタバ、薬局など徒歩圏内にあり、立地はよかった。値段もお手頃に泊まれました。

Cons:

本当に残念だったのは、電気ポットが常備してあるんだけど、私の部屋も隣だった子供の部屋のどちらも水カビ？水垢？底面に付着してあり、1回沸かしたけど、とれるわけないので、コンビニで味噌汁買ったのに結局気になり使わなかった。ポット洗浄中など使って定期的に洗浄してほしい。建物の構造上仕方ない気はしてますが、やはり壁が薄いため、隣などのドライヤーやちょっとした物音も良く聞こえ寝付けなかった。夜寝れなかったから、1000円払いチェックアウト延長して寝ようと思ったけど、隣や隣の清掃の音でやはり全く寝れなかった。壁が薄く部屋も近いから仕方ない面はあるが。

1階フロント横の部屋に宿泊。
フロントの外国人スタッフが夜中にスマホで音楽をスピーカーで聴いていたり、大声で会話したりして眠れなかった。
我慢できず注意して静かになった。
もう絶対使わない！

剛好被安排在一樓的房間，偶爾會被街燈或是行人走過的光影影響到。
Pros:

配有加濕器很貼心，位置方便，有超商又在山手線附近，要去橫濱也方便，也可以去超市採買食物。員工能協助我們在清晨叫計程車。

Pros:

一時帰国で利用。羽田から徒歩含め1時間ほどで着いたのでアクセスは良かった。地下鉄三田駅まで徒歩2分、JR田町駅まで徒歩10分ほどで滞在中も銀座方面や新宿方面に出やすかった。朝食のおにぎり弁当とお茶のセットは毎食同じであったが、気軽に部屋で食べられて良かった。コンビニも徒歩1分ほどで、部屋にレンジと電気ケトルもあり何かと助かった。スーツケースを広げられるスペースがあり良かった。

Cons:

机が部屋の奥まった位置にあり、机の前に座るとテレビが見えないのが少し不便。

Cons:

朝食が毎日同じ弁当だったのが残念です。ビュッフェ形式が理想ですが、弁当にするのであれば連泊を考慮して毎日違う弁当にしていただけると良いかと思いました。
