Pros:

The hotel is clean, fully equipped for travelers, and very close to the subway station, though the room was a bit small. However, we stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast (sushi and a bottle of tea ) was exactly the same every single day. It would be much better if they could vary the menu to avoid boredom. Overall, I am still satisfied with my stay.

Estaba bastante cerca del metro

Cons:

Nos quedamos en las primeras noches y la última noche.
La habitación que nos tocó para los primeros días era muy pequeña, sin embargo para última noche por el mismo precio tuvimos una habitación enorme.
Estaría bien tener la posibilidad de pagar algo más y tener la habitación más grande

シンプルイズベスト。
Pros:

　良くも悪くも干渉しない点。痒い所に手が届く感じ。良い意味でシンプル。朝食付きのプランにしたら、おにぎりのお弁当が来た。朝早くの帰路であった為、新幹線の車内で食した。美味しかったし、しっかりしたボリュームだった。学業関連で初の宿泊であった為、結果的に嬉しい事が多かった。学業で三田駅に来た際はまた朝食付きで利用したいと思う。

　サービス設備が少ない。コインランドリー施設、普通の(フェイス)タオル、アメニティ、ウェルカムドリンク(各部屋備付水ボトル等)。

Très bien placé, très confortable !
Pros:

La chambre est plus spacieuse que dans les autres hôtels que j’ai fait au Japon, la présence d un micro-ondes dans la chambre est très apprécié !
