Pros:

The rooms and location were lovely, both a good size and clean and the check-in process was seamless - no issues there.

Cons:

While this isn't something that the property can do anything about, it is worth being aware that the sound-proofing in rooms facing the street is almost non-existent and this will almost certainly impact your sleep, especially if staying over the weekend.

I also think that the requirement for a £250 damage deposit could be communicated more clearly at the point of making a booking on booking.com. Again, there were no issues with this, and the money was released as specified in the contract, but it would've been good to see this highlighted prior to check-in.

Stunning!
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful room, clean, modern.
Fully equipped kitchen available for guests to use either stunning dining area too in the cellar.
Great location.
Really unique property and would definitely stay again.

Cons:

Check in was a bit confusing and no actual staff in the property but called the number in the entrance and they sorted it quickly.

The hotel is too expensive for what you get.
Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

The lack of receptionist on site is terrible if something goes wrong last minute. My issue got resolved but it was very stressful. The rooms look nicer in the pictures than in real life. For example, the floors are linoleum and not wood as it would have seemed.

Pros:

I enjoy my stay the atmosphere was welcoming and checking in was fast and easy.

Cons:

1. The room I saw in the pic wasn't the room I got.
2. All the lights seem to be on one switch ie the bedside lights were not individually done.
3. The hotel didn't offer consession on parking because they didn't have a car park. Maybe they could consider giving guests vouchers /codes for the car park as £16 for overnight parking is expensive in my opinion.
