Disappointed and stressful.
Pros:

It was located in a nice location.

Cons:

Had to take a holding deposit. Used 3 different cards. Was outside the front of the hotel for about 45 minutes to an hour. Was absolutely embarrassing!

Amazing 🤩
Pros:

Amazing property. We had room in ground floor window going to main street it was weekend I expect lots of loudness but actually it was absolutely fine 🥰 Netflix working or you can watch whatever you like. This i like it 😍 Room was clean and nice.

Cons:

Bed was a bit too soft but everything else was good .

St Mary’s Quarter is an amazing hotel to stay in. You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

The room was well presented, and clean. The bathroom was clean and modern. I have never experienced such a pleasant shower in my life. The private garden was clean, spacious, and provided a spectacular view of the city. I also enjoyed checking out the cave. I appreciated the quote near the cave. It adds historical context

Cons:

I should have checked the full terms and conditions but I was annoyed about the £250 deposit.

Beautiful property with excellent decor and great ambience, excellent communication from the manager
Pros:

The Ambience and the feel you get when you enter the property is beautiful , the cleanliness, the location and how accessible it is to town centre. I would definitely recommend it. The property manager was very helpful. I love the decor of the property from the entrance to everywhere, you can see the attention to details. it was a beautiful experience

Cons:

You can hear the noise from outside, it seems the double glazing on the windows are gone. Also there is no way of getting fresh air into the room, I can imagine how the room would feel like during the summer. This is for the property manager to check with the cleaners, the bathroom is sparkling clean, except for some corners of the bathroom that the cleaner need to pay special attention to, so this does not destroy the cleanliness of the property. overall it was a very beautiful experience.
