pague por una habitación con cama king y me dieron una con cama matrimonial y un colchón duro. Mucho ruido desde las 7am porque podaban el pasto. AL hacer el comentario de que no recibí la cama que esperaba, me dijeron que sus precios son otros y que como pagué menos, pues recibí menos. Mal atención al cliente, yo elegí la cama y si eso es el costo anunciado en la plataforma, debieron respetarlo. La otra habitación que reserve no tenía todos los servicios que anuncian. No había TV; microondas, cafetera y ni siquiera agua embotellada. Tampoco había luz en el baño y en la regadera nunca salió agua caliente.

Cons:

la respuesta a mis quejas fue que: sus precios son otros y yo pagué menos.... wtf??? yo pagué de acuerdo a lo que publican. No fui a regatear el precio anunciado. Mejor que publiquen que hay habitaciones más sencillas a un menor costo y les pago el precio justo por lo que estoy solicitando

El lugar tiene buena ubicación, pero las habitaciones parecen con paredes de tablaroca todo se escucha, no tienen una política de no ruida a alguna horas de la noche y durante mi estancia no hubo servicio WIFI

Bonita y amplia habitación, cómoda y bien ubicada.
Pros:

Es un lugar muy bonito y bien ubicado en una zona que se ve bonita y aparentemente segura, la tele tiene varios canales gratis, las almohadas y cama son cómodas, es muy amplia la habitación y tiene su pequeña cocineta, barra, un escritorio, armario y un sofá, el internet es bueno. Fue una estancia agradable, la recomendaría.

Cons:

De pronto se quedan las luces de afuera encendidas toda la noche que no permiten descansar de pronto por qué las cortinas llegan a ser muy delgadas, el de recepción de la tarde noche fuma mucho y deja su rastro de humo por dónde pasa a pesar de que tienen sus señaléticas de no fumar en muchas áreas. Y si facturan pero me dijeron que al menos por la plataforma deben esperan hasta fin de mes para lo de la factura, es el primer lugar que me lo plantea así. El baño no fue el mejor, tardo mucho en salir el agua caliente ( creo que ni salió )
