Pros:

The comfortable and exclusive room like Old British design but use Smart house and modern facility in the room.

Cons:

Limited parking..only ground level parking only.

An OK hotel that needs a lot of improvement to call itself 4 or 5 star hotel
Pros:

- good water flow at shower
- auto flush and bidet
- very friendly and accommodating reception and breakfast staffs
- fresh juice at the breakfast

Cons:

- no hand soap at the sink, this is super basic amenity that should be provided
- bad water clogging in shower
- light panel next to right side of bed not working
- poor lightning and light control
- room door looks cheap
- on our last day, buffet breakfast not available and only ala carte order but we’re only allow to order 1 item per menu option from main course, dessert & add on
- face scanning feels like unnecessary

Excellent and can't stop thinking of coming back
Pros:

All staff great manner and hospitality that makes the stay pleasant and exceptional. Chef Jasper the Exec Chef persistent and devotion towards good culinary makes Khaya Restaurant stands out as a 5 to 6 stars culinary epicure experience

Unser Zimmer: zu klein, elektrischer Schnickschnack nervt, zB läuft die Spülung WC laufend während man duscht.
