Pros:

Nice hotel, overlooking the Bosphorus. The roommaid's attentive service was exceptional! All other staff were very helpful and attentive as well.

Cons:

Turned out to be more expensive than expected due to an unfortunate mistake on our side which led to a costly upgrade.

They tried to charge me 115 euro for 4 beers I never ordered. Bjggest scam ever. Stay as far away from these scam artists as possible.

Only the good ones is staff they are very helpful that is it...no pool, no gym if rent a car that is terrible for driving to the hotel area, hotel's name is same as five star perfect hotel cross the street so make a big confusion for the travelers and charging is very unreasonable, I have so many things to say but it's enough for now I will send another complaint on misleading information....

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön die putz,kraft Mehtap und Hakan und auch deren Managerin. waren total liebe Menschen. Alles war sauber. Eine Sache muss ich nur kritisieren. Die Dusche hat Feucht gerochen. Man hat mir versprochen, dass bis zur nächsten Reise das behoben ist. Ich freue mich demnächst wieder dahin zu gehen.

It is a good comfortable hotel with very good breakfast
Pros:

It is a clean facility, the breakfast was perfect. The beds are comfortable. It’s relatively easy to reach to especially touristic parts of Istanbul via taxi. Central Besiktas is only a walking distance away where you can take a ferry to go to many places without dealing with the traffic.

Cons:

Going to facility is slightly cumbersome due to one-way street. Better to get out of the taxi on the Main Street and walk up to the hotel which is only 20 -30 steps away. The shower water could be hotter.
