Our wedding was being held in the venue right across from the hotel, the hotel's location was the best place in Istanbul for us. All the taxi's found us easily.
Everything was handled beautifully by the hotel. We were given amazing treatment, the room was spotless and clean.
Both me and my husband were both very very happy.
A big thank you to the entire hotel for making our stay beautiful

Personalet var venlig.

Cons:

Lobby faciliteterne var ringe. Ingen aftensmad eller muligheder for kage til kaffen. Morgenmaden var ringe, det var beskeden udvalg.

I think everyone should enjoy the view
Pros:

The location and the view from my room it was amazing although I’ve upgraded my room which worth every penny

Cons:

I think rooms needs updating
The tv sound is extremely poor could hardly hear it
The shower room I’ve tried using the tab just came off completely which they repaired straight away than I’ve tried using the hair dryer just wouldn’t work after few minutes which they’ve replaced straight away
The upgraded room you expect better than what they offer the furniture is old, the floors needs updating
The fridge needs more drink variety like no alcohol can be found in the fridge
I’ve tried having a breakfast which I was going to pay for (wasn’t included in the price) I was approached the waitress twice to make sure I had to pay where they already hold my credit card details
All they had to do like usual to make me sign a receipt or something and let me get on my breakfast
I dont think they are getting the right training
Majority of my stay was pleasant but there is room to improve like before a guest checks in they need to go over every detail
This is my friendly advice if they can improve on this little things with the location of the boutique hotel it can turn in to such a success
