Pros:

Location was great. Parking is $25 a day if you park on the lower level next to the Amtrak. The Strip is down the street. I loved everything about this location.Home away from home!!

Great location, around the corner from the conference center
Pros:

Close to teh conference center, and easy to walk over, but away enough to be able to hide from colleagues and pull back when needed. Safe with guarded and locked entrance. In-room safe for valuables. Felt very secure and extremely comfortable.

Cons:

Air conditioner didn't seem to work well, but was also not really needed due to the high ceilings. I'm sure the friendly staff would have looked at it if I would have mentioned it but I forgot since it wasn't really needed.

Great.
Pros:

We got upgraded to a bigger apartment. This was nice as we managed to get better sleep in the bigger space. Apartment was very nice!

I didn't know about breakfast. There was breakfast?

Cons:

At some point we were told we will have to move rooms, this was unexpected, as we were on our college move trip. Luckily, thid was resolved and we stayed in the same room, which was a big relief, as our trip was alreafy very stressful.

Pros:

Location was great and property was clean staff however needs a little adjustment

Cons:

Housekeeping knocked on our door at 1040 and checkout is not until 11am....so that was extremely rude in my eyes...we paid till 11 and was told they needed to clean....and then we were told no late checkouts and they couldnt hold our baggage for an hour
..we had to basically beg and plead with the front desk clerk to allow us to keep our bags there for 1 hour until we could catch our next train

Beautiful building, horrible hotel.
Pros:

The building itself was beautiful and the room was clean. There was a wedding going on so we didn't get a chance to explore the entire "train station" portion.

Cons:

It took over an hour and three different rooms to get us checked in. The staff tried their best but honestly, one more issue and I would have cancelled my stay and gone else where. The doors to the outside didn't work half the time and we had to wait for someone to let us in. Also the room was not worth the price.

Ok stay, need to improve room service a lot
Pros:

Comfort and location

Cons:

No room service at all. During the stay nobody came to check the room or clean. Had to go to the front desk multiple of time to ask for bodywash refill since was empty when we arrived and no toilet paper refill. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Convenient location. Huge, clean, and well stocked apartment/room with necessary items.

Immer wieder!
Pros:

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft!
Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles da was ein Appartement braucht. Man fühlt sich wohnlicher als in einem normalen Hotelzimmer. Sehr zentrale Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Stadien fußläufig erreichbar.
Verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten standen 24 Stunden im einem Vollautomaten in der Lobby zur Verfügung.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das wunderbare Personal. So freundlich, hilfsbereit und engagiert. Das war schon außergewöhnlich. Danke.

Visit to Pittsburgh for a concert and to shop The Strip District.
Pros:

The staff, the cleanliness and the location to The Strip District and transportation.

Cons:

The parking. Better directions to the facility, more self parking (self is pay parking vs valet at $44 per night), and key cards for the rooms or virtual key vs using a code to get in the door. The code pad was not user friendly.

The location is perfect.
And an old fashioned building was very impressive.

Cons:

The ventilation fan is connected to the window, but the part where they connect seems to be covered with a thin board or something like that. Because of this, I can hear a lot of outside noise coming through, especially traffic and the trains that occasionally pass by. It was a little noticeable at night.
