Pros:

The location is fantastic, many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room was streetwise so it was a bit noisy. Rooms could use individual AC control.

Atrocious. Stay away while you can from this scam of a hotel.
Pros:

Location was excellent.

Cons:

Listed as having air conditioning but did not provide it despite it being the middle of the summer. No hot water in shower.

Alle sin allem ok für ein, zwei Nächte, mehr muss es sicher nicht sein.
Pros:

Frühstück nicht inbegriffen, gingen zum Bäcker nebenan, war uns so nicht klar.

Cons:

Das Bad gehört vl. etwas überholt, der Preis ist ja auch recht gehoben.

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The street noise, part of the ceiling fell full of water during the rain in the upstairs living room area, right next to us. We called the staff and let them know, but there was no immediate reaction. Small twin size beds. Dated bathrooms.

Great location but very loud. If you plan to party all night, then probably a good fit.
Pros:

Great location and cute boutique old-timey hotel.

Cons:

We were in a room that faced Main St and the noise level was off the charts. The single paned windows did nothing to block out of the constant whoosh of traffic all night and while the karaoke bar stopped at 1am, we were ready to be asleep way earlier than that.

The historical decor. Mary is a sweetheart. The hotel is within steps of many shops and eateries. I will absolutely go back.

A Quaint hotel owned by a local family perfected located to enjoy the nearby art galleries & shops.
Pros:

We love that the rooms were very clean & comfortable . A little on the small size. The owner operates the hotel and she’s very friendly and helpful. She asked us if there was anything we needed several times. She also shared with us the very interesting history of the hotel built in 1883.
There is no coffee/tea in the room, but the hostess provides delicious coffee in the lobby. You can have a cappuccino or a latte or a fresh brewed regular coffee. The location is Ideal. Its sets on the Main Street of downtown Saint Helena amongst all the beautiful galleries and shops. The small café next-door serves a delicious breakfast.

Cons:

They were also in the middle of setting up a wine tasting room as well.
