Pros:

Ubicación y relación calidad precio. Es un hotel cómodo y limpio.

Hello,

I stayed at Omena Hotel Hanko and made the reservation through Booking.com.

The room I received does not correspond to the room type I selected when booking. I specifically chose a 14 m² room, but the room I received is significantly smaller, approximately 6 m².

In addition, several essential features are missing:
• The blackout curtains have been removed. The curtain rod and clips are still there, but there are no curtains.
• There are no hooks, hangers or any possibility to hang clothes in the room.

The room therefore does not correspond to the description and facilities presented at the time of booking.

Because of this, I would appreciate compensation or a partial refund.

Kaikki toimi kylppärissä, lämmin vesi suihkussa ja kylmää juotavaa vettä hanasta.
Tarpeeksi yksinkertainen kaukosäädin.
Kaksi tyynyä. Muutenkin kelpo sänky.
Tuuletusikkunan sai hetkeksi auki aamulla.

Cons:

Kun heräsin yöllä, olin siirtynyt nukkumaan puoliksi viereiseen sänkyyn. Jäin miettimään, vaihdetaanko nekin lakanat ennen seuraavan vieraan tuloa. Sitten mietin, oliko joku muu nukkunut samalla tavalla minun puolellani aikaisemmin. Sitten päätin olla ajattelematta enää turhia.
