My friend and I had an excellent stay at this hotel and genuinely couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The level of service really stood out and made the whole experience feel effortless and relaxing.
The cleanliness was exceptional-everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and very well maintained. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in keeping the hotel to a high standard.
The room itself was comfortable, bright, large in size, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to unwind after a long day. Every detail felt considered, which really added to the overall experience.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines outstanding service with top-level cleanliness and comfort.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It’s modern, clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is about a 15/20 minutes from the city center.
What really made the difference was the staff, everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming, and made us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Khalid, who was exceptionally kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Truly a wonderful person who made our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful hotel, staff were so friendly and kind. Loved the pool. Amazing views. The hammam was exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Website says 15 minutes from Marrakech, but it’s really more like a 30-40 minute cab ride with traffic. Not an issue, but good to be aware.

The hotel is very new (opened around September 2025) so everything feels modern and well maintained.
The room and hotel were very clean.
The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
The grounds are lovely, especially in the evening with the fire pit which creates a really nice atmosphere.
The food quality was generally good, particularly dinner.
Our airport transfer arrived about 10 minutes late, and we had to call the hotel to check where it was.
The shower in our room had a missing nozzle and the drain didn’t work properly, which meant water pooled during use.
There are no phones in the rooms to contact reception, which makes it less convenient if you need assistance.
The room felt smaller than expected based on the listing photos.
Breakfast was very good on the first morning, however on the second morning the service was slow and inconsistent. What arrived did not match what we ordered from the menu. For example, we ordered the Oriental and Moroccan breakfasts, but were initially brought a continental breakfast instead. The shakshuka was served with the eggs essentially raw (both whites and yolk uncooked). The waiter explained this was their version of sunny-side-up eggs, so we accepted scrambled eggs instead, although the dish then came back as scrambled eggs rather than shakshuka. We were also told the Moroccan side dishes would be brought instead of the continental ones, but these never arrived.
We also booked a 5-hour excursion through the hotel (1,800 MAD for two people) as we specifically asked for a hiking-focused trip with no tourist stops. However the hiking portion lasted less than an hour, and the tour included several stops at tourist shops. We were also told a guide was included but had to pay an additional 110 MAD. On the return journey the driver stopped for Friday prayers — which is understandable — but we were told it would take about 10 minutes and we were left outside a mosque for around 40 minutes. As we were only in Morocco for two nights, this was frustrating. We raised the issue with the hotel and they apologised, explaining that the excursion was run by an external tour company, although no further resolution was offered.
Magnifique séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, très humain et toujours attentionné. L’établissement est très propre, parfaitement entretenu et vraiment très joli.
Il est un peu isolé, mais c’est justement ce qui fait son charme, et l’hôtel propose des services de déplacement très pratiques.
Mention spéciale pour le spa où nous avons passé une après-midi incroyable grâce à une dame au cœur en or qui a pris soin de nous comme si nous étions de sa famille.
Nous repartons ravis et reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

J'avais fait une reservation organisée de tout ce que je voulais faire avant de venir rien a ete pris en compte j'ai du tout refaire sur place, et je devais tous les soirs verifiés que c'etait OK car sinon ça ne l'était pas . Ils ont même oublié de me prendre mon excursion de randonnée equestre rt j'ai du m'y prendre seule)

l'hôtel est très agréable et le personnel est très dévoué... Le petit déjeuner est très bien servie à table et les propositions de menus sont très complètes.
La chambre très spacieuse et vraiment magnifique très bien tenue.
Nous avons vraiment apprécié le silence la nuit, pas un bruit.
Nous avons moins apprécié la distance qui oblige un déplacement payant ...
Il faut organiser un service de navette 3 ou 4 fois dans la journée pour éviter des couts de taxi plusieurs fois dans la journée.
L’accueil était super et tout le monde était aux petits soins. Très beau hall d’entrée et cuisine très bonne. Ce que je retiens de l’hôtel c’est vraiment le personnel qui était adorable, très pro.
Le mobilier de la chambre était à mon sens un peu spartiate. Cela manquait d’un petit bureau pour pouvoir écrire, et d’une petite chaise dehors devant la chambre pour profiter de l’extérieur. De plus les draps du lit avaient quelques trous. Pour un 5 étoiles je trouve ça dommage.

Le calme, la vue sur l’Atlas, le personnel
Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. La vue sur l’Atlas est magnifique. Le jardin est bien entretenu. C’est calme et reposant. La piscine est belle. La décoration est moderne et faite avec goût et originalité. C’est une petite structure avec donc pas trop de clients. Les soins esthétiques sont supers.
L’insonorisation de la chambre est à améliorer. Quelques petits détails dans l’équipement sont à revoir. Le chemin d’accès est à goudronner dès que possible.
Nada más entrar por la puerta de recepción y ver las montañas nevadas al fondo, el jardín precioso con palmeras y piscina y el césped verde, un paraíso. La habitación que reservamos era de las más pequeñas pero aún así tenía una cama extra grande (muy importante) con todo limpio y una ventana gigante con vistas Preciosas. El desayuno fue muy rico y con muchas opciones, pero la sorpresa fue la calidad de comidas y cenas, una noche tuvimos que darle la enhorabuena al chef porque superó todas nuestras expectativas. También hicimos uso de Hammam y masaje, salimos como nuevos.
Quizás buscaría para ofrecer excursiones de calidad porque nosotros cogimos una a Ourika pero el conductor se limitó a hacer paradas en sitios donde otros amigos suyos nos enseñaban alguna cosa (con su correspondiente propina). Fue muy majo pero era un simple chofer, incluso en Madrid pot ese dinero te esperas otra cosa.
Die Ruhe am Pool die man geniessen durfte und die Aussicht auf das Atlas Gebirge. Einfach fantastisch! Zum Personal muss ich dennoch sagen, dass der Service Ausgezeichnet war und alle sehr Freundlich und Verständnisvoll sind. Ein absolutes Top Team das ich gerne wieder Besuchen möchte
Der Abendverkehr war zu hören aber es war nicht allzu störend.
