Fijn verblijf maar viel tegen tegenover de foto’s.
Pros:

Fijne bediening, heel mooi ruim zwembad en ligbedden.

Cons:

De spa is enkel hammam, geen sauna of iets.
Het eten viel tegen, de kamers zijn ook wel al wat afgeleefd.

A truly relaxing and chilled out stay in an amazing hotel
Pros:

Beautifully designed and presented. A real oasis in the desert. Superb attention to detail. Amazing staff. Super quiet, calm and relaxing.

Cons:

Slightly further out from Medina with limited amenities locally but never a problem to get a taxi and perfectly safe.

The property was clean and well kept.

Des les premiers instants au Yin Hôtel votre séjour à Marrakech prend une autre dimension.

Le personnel est si attentionné et parfaitement formé au service hôtelier. Discrétion, sourire, souci du détail toutes les conditions sont réunies pour que votre séjour soit magique en tous points.
Le confort des chambres n’a rien à envier aux palaces et les extérieurs sont parfaitement pensés pour une parenthèse enchantée.

Merci à toute l’équipe qui a su se rendre disponible pour la moindre demande et quelle réussite architecturale!

Great staff but disappointing facilities and amenities.
Pros:

Staff were really nice and pool was a great relaxing space.

Cons:

Water was ludicrously expensive (€8 for 1.5l) which was a nightmare when the hotel was far out of town and you cannot drink tap water. No free water provided which is bad for a luxury hotel.

Further out of town than is made clear in the listing, €50 return taxi to Marrakesh Medina and too far for pick up for excursions which makes it more expensive.

Facilities were very basic - limited and cheap gym equipment, quite bad damp and uncomfortable beds.

Service zeer vriendelijk getrainde welgemanierde personeel dat ons ten alle tijde te woord stond als we bv gebruik wilde maken van bepaalde faciliteiten

Magnifiek
Pros:

De gastvrijheid van de jongens (zakaria en younes). Ze deden alles om het ons naar onze zin te maken. Alles was super. Het eten mega lekker en vers. Het uitzicht prachtig.

Cons:

Alles was top. De douche kon misschien beter maar dit was dan ook het enige en dit namen we er graag bij.
