Een geweldige ervaring! De service was uitstekend en het eten was echt heerlijk. De sfeer was rustig en de hele plek was super schoon. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd. Zeker een aanrader, ik kom hier graag nog eens terug!

Ik kom hier zeker niet meer.

Het was modern ingericht, je kon zien dat het een nieuwe accomodatie was van 1 jaar oud.

Cons:

Bij binnenkomst wisten ze niet dat we hadden geboekt, waarnaar onze kamer nog voorbereid moest worden. Echter was bij het betreden van de kamer de kamer niet “schoon”. Het was erg stoffig, wat niet prettig is met een kruipende baby. Onze baby ging over de tegels kruipen en kwam met zwarte handen en voeten terug, erg smerig.

Het was niet aangenaam in de kamers. Marrakech is 40graden en je verwacht wel dat het voorzien is van goede airconditioning, wat jammer genoeg niet het geval was. De airco stond 24 uur aan en nog steeds was het te warm. Wij hebben toevallig veel verstand van AC systemen. Ze hebben te weinig BTU waardoor de kamer nooit cool genoeg zal zijn voor de 40 graden die Marrakech aantikt in de zomer. Onze aanbeveling; boek het hotel NIET als je schone verblijf wil + koele kamers.

In de nacht zwom de hond van het hotel ook nog even in de zwembad van het hotel, waar onze baby in de middag heeft gezwommen… niet erg hygenisch

Great rooms and pool couldn’t fault that. Location is too far nothing around and the food is bad and expensive.
