Struttura nuovissima e molto bella, curata in ogni dettaglio. Personale accogliente e super disponibile. Se si ha la macchina e si vuole stare comodi e lontani dal caos della medina la stra consiglio.

Cons:

Necessaria la macchina perchè situata a 25/30 minuti dal centro e da qualsiasi servizio. La strada per raggiungere l’hotel è abbastanza brutta, non il massimo da fare di notte.

Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant ! Aux petits soins, plus que serviable ! Merci pour tout ! La chambre est très bien décorée, très propre ! La nourriture était incroyablement délicieuse ! Le petit déjeuner hyper copieux !

Cons:

La piscine non chauffée (bcp trop froide hors saison pour y mettre les pieds). C’est le seul petit point négatif de cet incroyable hôtel !

Au-delà du cadre magnifique, c’est vraiment l’humain qui a fait toute la différence. Nous avons été accueillis avec une gentillesse rare, une attention de chaque instant, et un véritable sens de l’hospitalité.

Un merci tout particulier à Farouk, Aya et Abdou pour leur bienveillance, leur sourire et leur disponibilité à chaque moment. Vous avez marqué notre séjour.

Mais au-delà de ces visages que nous avons croisés chaque jour, je tiens aussi à remercier du fond du cœur tous ceux que l’on ne voit pas toujours : le personnel de ménage qui veille à la propreté irréprochable des chambres, les équipes en cuisine qui concoctent chaque matin un petit-déjeuner savoureux, les techniciens, les jardiniers et tous ceux qui œuvrent dans l’ombre pour offrir aux voyageurs un lieu aussi apaisant qu’exceptionnel. Un véritable havre de paix
Pros:

L’hôtel YIN est bien plus qu’un lieu de séjour : c’est une parenthèse enchantée. Niché au creux d’un jardin verdoyant, il offre une atmosphère paisible, raffinée et profondément apaisante. Chaque détail est pensé avec soin, du décor délicat à la sérénité qui règne en ses murs.
Mais ce qui rend cet endroit véritablement exceptionnel, c’est la gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. Présents sans être envahissants, toujours souriants, attentionnés, discrets et profondément humains, ils incarnent l’hospitalité marocaine dans ce qu’elle a de plus noble. On se sent accueilli, écouté, respecté… comme chez soi, en mieux.
Merci à Noura, Doha, Abdel, Omar et à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour inoubliable. Nous repartons le cœur léger avec l’envie certaine de revenir.
Une adresse précieuse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

I my stay was 10/10! The room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable. Every member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I especially want to thank Mehdi at the front desk because he went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He gave me great information about local tours and was always willing to help with anything I needed. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful tranquil isolated Hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful setting looking over the Atlas mountain. Great rooms all individual mini villas. Great staff and cocktails and the food was excellent. I also enjoyed a hammam in the mini spa area.

Cons:

A wine list should be provided with prices. Large water bottles in the room and ensure guests checkout of Netflix!
Pillow menu would be a good option for this standard of hotel. Note this is a 30 minute drive from Marrakesh. There is nowhere to walk to from the hotel.

A peaceful and tranquil boutique experience
Pros:

Upon arrival the staff were very attentive. Everyone was smiling and happy to help. We opted for the Moroccan breakfast on both days and this was very fresh and tasty, as were the lunch/dinner offerings. The hotel both internally and externally are a delight on the eyes and offer the boutique and tranquil atmosphere it promises. My favourite thing about our stay was the Hammam and massage! I highly recommend if you want some quiet time to rest, restore and be amongst some nature!

Cons:

Nothing at the location we "didn't" like - there were a few leaks after some heavy rain pour, however, this did not effect our stay nor bother us and I am sure they will rectify asap.
