Smelled horrible, huge cockroach, "Superhost" didn't help - all in all worst experience we ever had

Great views but cockroaches and horrible smells and NO SERVICE OR HELP AT ALL - so perfect accommodation for Lord Voldemort. But if you are having a nose, be able to smell, don't like coackroaches, but a helpful host stay away from this!

Cons:

The accommodation smelled terrible. It was like living in the canalisation. The moment we entered the room our body wanted to throw up. We turned right away and headed to the lobby counter. But they are useless here, really. They can't do anything. We had to contact our host called "Superhost". We demanded more than once a new room but the host didn,t take us seriously or didn't care and didn't gave us a new room. During our 4 nights stay we never closed the windows and we put plastic bags on every drain.
Our host was very unprofessional. He seemed to be stressed out because we messaged him. So he never answered again. Not even when we sent him a picture of a huge (4-5cm) big coackroach and asked for help. He did nothing. I would never ever come back to that accommodation nor book again with superhost.

The problems begun even earlier. They didn't gave us the room we booked and wanted to have. They advertised it as an upgrade but after a short discussion they admit that our room had some pipe problems. So we accepted. For that they offered us two free roomcleanings BUT we never received them! So all in all with superhost and that accommodation we had the worst experience we ever had in our 10 years of travelling through almost every country in south east asia. I think that speaks for itself and says a lot!

Pros:

Location and my daughter's liked the Hello Kitty theme. Nice view, good gym, and nice pool.

Cons:

The kitchen area was a little dusty, and the unit was smaller than we expected.

Pros:

地點佳、頂樓泳池讚。房價便宜的話還Ok。
只看訂房頁面有點混淆，是屬於Air Bnb型的房間出租，同棟大樓有很多不同管理者經營著。一樓有24HR櫃檯沒錯但這家沒關係，自助checkin/out但流程順利。

Cons:

大樓是新的沒錯，但我們入住的這間房間地板很髒，我完全不敢光腳踩，需要好好拖地！地毯也有大塊髒污超礙眼⋯ 不會再次入住。
床的乾淨度還可以。

可惜地板清潔度很不行。淋浴區也是，才一兩年就累積這樣的污漬⋯

補血窗景可以遠眺海景。 真心評價，供各眾旅客互助參考。

Enjoyed the excursions and food but not the stay. Will not stay here again.
Pros:

The property is fairly new so everything is new and shiny.

Cons:

The property is managed by 2 different management; one by the hotel and the other by the room owner (superhost) and if you are not the hotel guest you are treated differently by the staff.
Drilling works were still ongoing in various parts of the property making it unbearable to rest or sleep.

les travaux en cours dans les logements situés au même étage...ce n'est pas très sérieux et respectueux pour les clients.
