Its was terrible. The photo is not the same. How come they give us the room was terrible, all dusty, there is like a storage not a room for take a rest
Dusty room, not same as per pics. The worst room i have ever rent in Malaysia. It was too much disappointed.
They asked for 5 Ringgit for S bag. 10 ringgit L bag. How come… they do apartment service , hotel and ask for charge.
Asking 200 ringgit for deposit while their room is too dusty.
I was not dare to take pictures as too much disappointed. All pics are not the same as per Actually .
Service charge much higher than other place.
After all, they dont take from us deposit nor cost for keeping bags. I think Becuase i do understand how bad of their apartment.
Price on website 115 ringgit per night, but they charge 178 ringgit including all service. Tooo expensive for what we have

Guest lift one working and took 15 minutes to travel from 30th to ground floor.
Swimming pool toilet bowl flushing system not working
Was in a secure building and good location and lived up to the photograph. Kitchenette, plates, cutlery, TV, fridge with freezer, washing machine, microwave, good in-room WiFi, good AC. Very quick and helpful response to calls for attention regarding facilities and checking out.
Uncomfortable ”sofa” (doubles as fold-down, well attested second bed); stained toilet bowl. RM200 deposit demanded on arrival.
Change room once ask no arguments

Bed was not comfortable at all. The bathroom could be updated and the washing machine leaked when you used it.
Location was great walking distance to klcc park and twin tower.
Old building wash room and toilet needs attention of the owner. Plates and cups were not useable.

L'annonce annonçait un lit double et deux futons mais nous avons eu un lit double et deux matelas au sol. L'appartement sentait l'humidité et le renfermé. La piscine n'était pas très propre. Sur les quatres ascenseurs, seulement deux marchaient mais disfonctionnaient. La porte vitrée de la salle de bain ne roule plus sur son rail, la rendant inutilisable.

It was tired, old the shower didn’t work properly, lack of hot water, the water didn’t drain away & mould in shower. The sheets didn’t look like they’d been cleaned, it looked like makeup on a pillow case.
Stayed at Unit 11, 13th floor of Parkview Serviced Apartment. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Petronas Twin Towers which made it super convenient.
The apartment had a washing machine, electric kettle, microwave (though it didn’t heat up properly), and an iron, although the iron wasn’t functioning well. Most of the electronics mentioned above seemed a bit worn out and could use some maintenance. No water bottles or tea or coffee sachets were provided. WiFi was available but only worked within the unit, not usable once you step out. There was also a TV in the apartment.
A MYR 200 security deposit is needed at check-in which gets refunded later. The apartment had a nice city view although the Petronas Towers weren’t visible.
Mrs. Tan handled all the logistics and was very kind and helpful throughout. We had some shopping plans the next day and were able to leave our luggage with her after checkout. She charges MYR 15 per bag for that service.
Overall, a good stay in terms of location but the apartment definitely needs better upkeep and cleanliness.
The toilet was quite disappointing. It wasn’t clean at all and there was no bidet shower which was very inconvenient. Hot water was available, but the shower tap was broken so adjusting the temperature was a bit tricky.
Most of the electronic items were worn out and too old.
Location is good , the room just nice
All provided but very bare minimum. Not liking anything.
Everything. There are few houses i think under the same name, i got the worst one which not in the photos provided. There was somebody's phone left. The toilet was disaster. The smell was bad. Even the lift is scary. At night heard motor cyclist merempit. Very uncomfortable and the room itself was dirty. Gross place ever for price of rm193 and rm100 deposit. Paid rm15 some more for parking at lobby, basement parking rm10.
